I have no idea what this call was about except they said the receiver was due "Unclaimed Funds from a Property Sale".  I think I would already know if I had funds due from the sale of my own property.  Stop calling my number immediately or I will take this to the next level!

Just received same call, said it was final notice to receive unclaimed funds from sale of house, Call Mr. Edwards and the number given is some women at a law office. Funny, never received any other notices before this one and if it was so important why didn't we receive something in the mail??????Another scam trying to take advantage of people

Also got the same call from Mr. Edwards of the unclaimed funds division.  "This is a time sensitive matter"
First I was alarmed and then annoyed.   Definitely a scam

I got the call also, you get an answering machine for some Hindu Law office.

Get a life. Stop harassing people and trying to scare them.

STOP CALLING AND LEAVING MESSAGES. SAME MR EDWARDS, EXCESS FUNDS FROM SALE OF A PROPERTY. HAVE NOT SOLD PROPERTY IN OVER 15 YEARS.

Going to guess that this is some sort of collections agency trying to circumvent laws.  Notice how they don't leave a personalized message with no specifics and they try to get you to call them back.  SCAM - beware!

I got the same call from Mr Edwards giving me the message I had unclaimed funds from the sale of my home.  I called the number and got a tape recording with some womans voice..  The number he left to call back was   949 398-0403.

Called with same message.  stop this scam

- Voicemail message from Mr. Edwards said to call this number. Original phone call was from 213-504-5217.
- I have no idea what this call was about except Mr. Edwards said I was due "Unclaimed Funds from a Property Sale" and said I should call this number 949-398-0403.
- I should know if I had property for sale, which I did not.
- Definitely a SCAM.

Same number called me, his name was Goldy??? COME ON MAN! Law firm of Steve Guhare? They knew the home had sold at auction, but I had a B.K. On this home so was released from debt. SO HOW COULD I HAVE A REFUND?? DEFINATLY. A SCAM!!
