A text message was left on my phone at 6:16am today!!  Wanting to talk to me about my mortgage!!  This type of harrassing should be stopped-that's why I'm on the no call list for what good that does!

Like Jane, I also got a text message from them at 8:10pm Pacific.  Text below:

Homeowners, we can lower mortgage payment by doing a Loan Modification. Late on payments OK. No equity OK. May we give you a call? loanmod-gov.org

when you try to look up the company information you wont have any luck it appears that maybe the company don't exist in the area. I have received other text messages exactly like this one from diffrent phone numbers, but the phone numbers don't appear to be good. all from the same company

Got a text message from this number at 12:41 am!!!! I have never heard of them and the web page is bogus.

Text reads: "loandebthelpcenter.com Homeowners, we can lower mortgage payment by doing a Loan Modification. Late on payments OK. No equity OK. May we give you a call?"

All switchboard.com shows is that it is Unpublished Irvine, CA.

I got the same thing as Not Amused....mine was about the same time central time 12:42 a.m. in the form of a text.  The bad thing too is I do NOT have unlimited texted on my cell which by this text might have pushed me over my limit.  I'm getting really tired of these calls.  If I wanted to refinance my mortgage or lower my payment I would go to the bank.  I say DONT CALL ME....I'LL CALL YOU

Got text msg from debthelp55.com at 5:08 PM Eastern 10-Sep-09.  Same mortgage SPAM.  At least my call reminded me that it was time to go home.  :)

Received call @ 12:49am!! Come on people get a life. Get with it Government "DO NOT CALL LIST"!!!

Received several text messages from these people. Some are very early in the morning. I finally had to start silencing my cell phone (the only phone we have) at night while we sleep because of these text messages. I just received another text from them.... twice back to back.

"Lowerpaymnt.net Is your mortgage payment too expensive? Our Loan Modification programs can lower your payments immediately. May we please give you a call?"

You would think that if I didn't respond yes the first time, they'd stop but no, they keep texting me. I am soooo freakin' sick of it!!

Here's the other one I got...

I just received a text for this number and it said the same thing. I text back "DO NOT TEXT ME JUST! REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST". We will she what happens! Even if you are on a "No Call list" it is just that a no call list. They get a way with this because they are not calling they are texting to ask you for your premission to call you.

This is the message I got on my number - I will be charged for these text messages. Can someone please take of this?

I'm going to cross post this in the hopeless hope that someone's investigating them, and making the connections will be helpful.  This smells like a scam to me.

Received a solicitation text message.

I have received several text messages about mortgages/ loans from these people.  I filed a complaint on FTC.gov.  You should too.

I have received a mortagage/ homeloan text message and who ever sent me this will have consiquences thats all i have to say... p.s. u need to clean out yo voice mailbox so i can leave u a complaint of yo d**n phone!

Left a mortgage text on my phone at 11:19am cst. I live in an apartment???
