I was about to send them our info. But after seeing the fax # on one of the previous pages, I'm not going to fax them anything.  Said her fax # was 949-336-2205. She said her  company was, United Community Partnership, witch was under , National Consultant Service. Said her direct phone line was 1-800-604-1978,  She said her name was Diana Bernal, She wanted last 2 mortgage statements , Last 4 pay stubs and last two bank statements.

The previous page I was refering to was about calls from # 949-613-5879.

I received a call from a woman name is Diana Bernal, she identified herself as a Case Evaluator for National Consulting Service and they represent United Community Partnership. I have been trying to refinance or a loan modification to my mortgage to take advantage of the current  lower interest rates, but I got scammed for nearly $4000.00 dollars by a similar group called Evergreen Law Offices. This is the exact same type of pitch that I got in that case. They similarly wanted money up front to proceed, which is illegal in the state of Virginia, but these people are purportedly located in California. After I realized I had been taken, I reported it to our State’s Attorney General office. All they did was send me a letter saying basically, “you gotten taken,” but there is nothing we can do about it,  since they are in a different State (in this case Oregon). They said we are sending a letter to Eric Holder, United States’ Attorney General. They U. S. Attorney General ‘s office also confirmed that these people are scammers, but that they had not been able to catch them in the act before they changed their, name, their phone numbers and their email and physical address. I am going to report this immediately.

DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING, IT IS A SCAM!

I just got a call from that number also. The woman's name that called me is Britney Meridith. The next day, a guy named Eric called me regarding my mortgage and he said he could lock me into a 2% interest rate but I had to make 3 months of payments. The payments were $900 a month. He then told me that I wont have to make a payment for the next 2-3 months. I asked him who the money is going to and he told me to the law firm that will be handling my case. I told him that it is too good to be true and when that happens, it is usually a scam. He told me that it wasn't and they work on approx. 250 cases a month. I didn't believe him so I hung up the phone and GOOGLE'd the number. That is how I found this website

I received a call from this number (1-800-604-1978 ext. 1978)from an "Omar". I've been going thtough a loan modification with my bank for several months...He stated he was my "senior case manager" and left this number with a very promising voicemail of course! I talked to my bank; they didn't know what I was talking about....So, yes this is definitely a scam!!!
