Received cell phone text message from this number. Text message only said -HI. No name associated with the text.

Been getting weird text from random numbers as well as this one and it says "Hey" when I ask who it is they say their battery is gonna die. Really annoying and makes me want to punch someone.

This what was. Texted to me after I responded to "hey":

I have received text from this number a couple of times. The first time was about a month ago. They text to me "Hi Cheri " I said, "Who's this? " and they never answered. The second time they text was tonight and they said, "Hi Cheri" I said, "who's this?" They replied, " ;) a.dd me on y.a.h.0.0. msngr .. ID is annachick2" I said, "who is this"... again and they replied, "sry I have no signal ;(". I tried to call the number and it said,   "Thanks for calling, the party you've called is unavailable. They will be notified you called", and then hangs up.

I got a tex from 352/399-7950, said Hii:D, 1/18/13, I text back "Who are you" they text "Lets talk on YaHOO msngr User-name is "miagirly65", I replyed, "Who are you and how did  you get my number?" I didnt get any more replys......
