MOST LIKELY ROBO BOILER ROOM CALLING CELL... DIDN'T REC.. DIDN'T  PICKUP

Called around 3PM. Rang for quite a while. No Caller ID, no voicemail left.

Called on cell.  No message.  Looks like a new fake caller id for the sweaty telemarketer basement.

Robo-call ringing cell phone. Automated voice left VM purportedly selling loans under "the Recovery Act".  Blocked!

Called, i.d. as "Customer service".. left lengthy message about an offer to save you money on your electric bill.  Note that this same phone number issues messages/scams about other sorts of offers.  Disregard it.

Either no message left or No mo blocked it.  Can't tell unless I'm home at the time the call comes through.  This one was 2:25 pm today.

Calls every week at least twice and always calls around 2 or 3 pm. Never leaves message. When I tried calling back it says to press 9 to be put on not calling list. Telemarketer I'm sure.

Didn't pick it up, left 3 seconds of silence message, just like a robot.

Just called left message,a recording if you want  to reduce electric bill... The message was to long that it was not finished.

I was expecting a call so I picked up it sounded like a robo  call to save money on your electric  bill if it is over $150  I happen to have an all electric house and my bill is not that big so I hung up

just got a call from this number, they did not leave a voice mail message, and I don't have time for this crap, so i'm blocking the number.

Received hang up in voicemail.  Number blocked.

Solar telemarketer scam with message about reducing energy costs.  After pressing 1 to speak to a live person the caller said to call their main office at 1-855-497-9963 if I want to schedule an appointment.

7/07/15 15:06 PDT  Just another in the never-ending calls trying to scam us about "whatever" their current recording claims, medical alert, electric bills savings, credit card interest lowering, and on and on.  This particular recording is about lower electric bills.  Since it is a recording, will now report number to be blocked by no mo ro bo.

They call on a daily basis.  I never answer the phone because I do not know who it is.  They do not leave a message
either. Very annoying.

Caller ID is Irvine,CA. Blocked.

This block of 949 numbers has produced most of the local Home Improvement scammers and Solar scammers.
