Kurt called our number last night. Didn't answer it since it was on our business phone and don't take calls after 5 pm and none ever after 8 pm. He was very careful to mention Google Maps, but he said he was with tech -support. Never mention tech support with Google. Said our customer's were having problems with our map. That's fine for us. Don't want our home address to show up on Google maps anyway. This is just another scammer.

I have received 50+ calls from this number and have now blocked it!  Most times no one speaks when I answer my business line - I've heard Google Maps, Google and pre-paid credit card.  I have also asked to be removed numerous times.

This idiot keeps calling both our home phone and also our business lines. I asked to be placed on their outbound do not call list. His response was to curse me out. I have forwarded the recording he left earlier and also the recorded conversation where he cussed me out after asking to be placed on the do not call list to the Illinois Attorney General and also to our local prosecutor here.

Called at 2:30 AM!!!! With an automated message.
We have an emergency business and have to answer our phones at all hours, thanks alot JERK!!!!

Still up to his old tricks as of this date [02/11/2051]. Recorded message received at 9:00pm saying he works for Google Tech Support and calling to resolve customer complaints about our Google Maps listing.

Automated message from Tech Support  that customers are having problems locating my business on Google Maps and to call him back.

Have the dumbed down people actually fallen for this scam.  Sick can't have a business phone without this low life garbage calling and interrupt.

Same Voice Mail Message.  An obvious demonstration of a Conspiracy to commit Interstate Wire Fraud.  Forwarded text to appropriate agency.

"Hi, this is an important message for the business owner this is Kurt in technical support.  It is important that the owner call us back today.  There's some tactical matters preventing customers in your community from locating your business on their smart phones we need the owner's help to fix this problem.  Again this is Kurt please call me directly at 949-478-6852 again 949-478-6852 thank you."

Notice very poor grammar.  English may be second language for this perpetrator.

Just got the call and he didn't say anything, 7:46 pm at my shop. I've had plenty of "google needs to update your listing" or "To update your free google listing press 1 to stop these calls press 2" calls. I'm disappointed google doesn't spend some money tracking this guy down since he's using the same number to call from.

Got a message on business phone after hours.  Returned call and asked for the reason for the call,  gentleman tried to manipulate me and was very condescending.  Told me he was with PMP.  I ended the call abruptly because he was wasting my time.

Called at 8:00 pm left message said hi my name is Kurt, I need to talk to the business owner about some new work, my number is ------- please call me back it's important.
It sounded like probable spam to me so I checked it out.

Left message on our business line on 7/29/16, 7:08pm asking the owner to call him and it is very important.  He said to call him back on 949-478-6826 although the caller id shows 949-478-6852.

Left a message saying he was calling about some work. Said his name was Kurt and it was very important that the owner call him back. Called at 732pm.

This Guy Kurt just called me. He calls every week. I never answer. He say he has important message for business owner. After reading these comments I am answering next time he calls just to mess with him. He sounds like he might be easy to rial up. Lol!  Always at same time 7:30ish always to my business line.
