    The caller ID comes up as Credit & Debt Association.  In reality it's a telemarketing firm trying to get you to take online stock trading classes.  They should NOT be calling you if you're on the Do Not Call list but they'll hang up if you ask them to take you off their dialing list.  Be sure to file an online report with the FTC if they call.  It's the only way to get these type of callers to stop.
