I keep getting calls from 949-485-5730. I know it's about a payday loan over a year ago. They kept calling my mother who lives in Michigan. When I called the person who left me a message back that I was giving this information to an attorney, she did not call me back. When I called her again and asked her for their companys' main number, she put me through to a supervisor. the supervisor was ugly and nasty. Interesting for something to be so important and they wouldn't even give me their main number.

Mrs. Brooks called my cell phone 5 times in 5 minutes. She then called my work and demanded to speak to my boss stating that it involved an ongoing criminal investigation. Actually this is a civil issue but whatever. She can keep calling and violating my rights....

I got a call today from this number and the lady said she works for the state and was having me arrested.  Said she was sending the police to my house and said she attempted to call my employer.  When I started asking for more details like what state office did she work for and other info regarding the company she works for she got nasty and said all i can say is good luck cause your fixing to be arrested.  

Debt is a civil matter, not a criminal matter. You will NOT be arrested.
Go to ftc.gov and read the FDCPA and learn your rights.

Thank you.  I know this.  I actually talked to these people over a year ago and told them i had been laid off and they cussed me and called me filthy names.  No reputable company does this.  They pose as law enforcement at times.
