I'm getting the same text messages:

"homeowners lower your mortgage payment by up to 60 percent with a loan modification. late payments ok. no equity ok. may we give you a call?

This is a new phone # and telemarketers are already hounding me. I wish I could block them.

My text said:

"do you have 10k or more in credit card debt? our dept relief program CUTS your payments and total debt by over HALF. No upfront fees. may we contact you?"

Received a text today saying,

I lost $0.15 from my prepaid cell phone card at 4:29pm Tue, Oct 13, 2009 to this unsolicited spam text message: "Do you have 10k or more in credit card debt? Our debt relief program CUTS your payments and total debt by over HALF. No upfront fees. May we contact you?"  This monetary theft needs to be stopped!!
