Rec’d a call from "out of area" 949-502-0983. The man said his name was Kyle Evans with Chelsea and Associates. Kyle said “There have been several attempts to resolve this matter regarding a property located in XXXX” asked me to call his legal department at 800 449 0097 and reference my case number. Threatened me with legal action for some reason.  I have no debt, I owe no one a penny, never signed up for anything on line and never broke the law.   WTF?

Anyway, what company leaves threatening messages on an answering machine?

Go ahead Kyle, send people to my house “to get me” like you threatened ….

I just got a call too from this number and that Chelsea and Assoc. I rent I don't own anything and he was VERY rude. He threatened me with legal actions too. And his name was Kyle. Very baffling to me because I have no idea what this is regarding. Go ahead Kyle do your thing whatever it is!!...lol

I got a call from this guy from an Irvine number along with someone in my family receiving one from an 800 number of theirs. As like others, it's about property but I am current on everything and don't own credit cards so what's this crap about

Just got a call from 949 502 0983 Said I owed a debt on a citibank credit card, I dont have a citibank credit card I told him he needed to call my home # he never did. He also said he spoke with my husband on Jan 6 which is not true because we were in florida. More and more scams are coming along.

I just got a call from them too!!! This needs to STOP!!! They even called my parent's house. My mom thought I was in trouble with the law....they can threaten all they want but I am not giving them a dime!! I don't owe anyone anything!! They are really becoming annoying right now!! They are collecting on old debt that I no longer have!! They have been calling me for the past 6 months and keep threatening me!! How do I make this stop?

This is some good information to go by if you have old debt. This person sounds like he has bought old debts and trying to collect. My husband has been called by the same person and we have paid our debt. We live in Texas and the statute of limitations is 4 years. Good luck chuck!

I missed a call from this number (I have my ringer turned off.)  
I have no debt; and never welched on a debt.  So, any claim they might try to collect on would be a fraud and a scam.
Since I am a United States Federal Agent; and it is a crime to lie to or threaten a Federal Agent...  I invite them to call back.
I have handcuffs with their name on them.

The fools left a message.  Didn't even have a name for any person living in the house.
I have them now.  I'll bring the full weight of my agency to bear; and they will be arrested shortly.
