Ruth28 Mar 2007This company is making annoying calls to my cell phone. I registered with them for a free trial, and canceled my membership after two weeks. This is when they started to call. There is never anyone on the line when I answer and they don't leave messages. Sometimes I hear laughter in the background.- I got my first call yesterday. And after a second call from the same number I called them back and a young lady picked up the phone and asked if I had signed up for a free 1 week membership with Realty Trac, www.RealtyTrac.com and I said yes. But I had canceled my 7 day trail.
She then went on to explain that the system is set up to autocall a person to try and sell them a 3 or 4 month subscription for $49.99.- i tried the one-week realty trac free trial membership, then canceled ON-LINE after 2-3 days. i have the on-line cancelation acknowledgement, but i did get a call today from that number, 949 502 7787. it will be interesting as well as annoying to see if the calls continue, although i won't know what to do about it if they continue.

- i have had the same thing happen, the number calls everyday about the same time.. when i answer nobody answers but i hear typing.. i finally called the numb back this morning and some man answered and said yeah that happens and he offered to take my number out of their system.. we shall see if it stops calling me
- OH MY GOSH!!! I love that I am reading this! I seriously would get a call every day after I stopped the subscription and they never would leave a message. I answered and didnt hear anything in the background. ANNOYING!! I hope I still don't get billed!!!! UGH! realtytrac = HORRIBLE/ANNOYING PEOPLE
- Okay folks - I was getting calls from this number at least 3-4 times a day -and coincidentally whenever my daughter was napping. My husband had unsubscribed from Realty Trak AND each time they called about loan consolidation I would select 2 to unsubscribe.
Here's what you can do...call the number back and ask for Customer Service.
I spoke with Jeremy - he is the ONLY Jeremy in Customer Service (or so he says) and he put a request into the system to remove our number and then I asked him for his Supervisors name - his name is Joe Nguyen.
Call and ask for these people and make them feel our pain of being constantly harassed by annoying people.- I, as many of you, signed up for free trial and canceled online in two days...received a telemarketer call a few days later,with a voice mail on the other,not saying who they were, but asking is Anita there? Anita, would like to speak to Anita please....then just hung,didn't leave who they were or any...so,I typed the phone number in GOOGle search and found this site...I called the *67 949-502-7787 number and spoke with a Linda....she said she could take the number off the call list, and ask if it was the number I was calling from...I said yes.....she sounded nice,but then when I asked her if she had an extension number, she just hung up on me....shady people .....DON"T SIGN UP FOR FREE TRIAL
