Ruth - 28 Mar 2007This company is making annoying calls to my cell phone. I registered with them for a free trial, and canceled my membership after two weeks. This is when they started to call. There is never anyone on the line when I answer and they don't leave messages. Sometimes I hear laughter in the background.

RELL33 - 24 Oct 2007I got my first call yesterday. And after a second call from the same number I called them back and a young lady picked up the phone and asked if I had signed up for a free 1 week membership with Realty Trac, www.RealtyTrac.com and I said yes. But I had canceled my 7 day trail.
She then went on to explain that the system is set up to autocall a person to try and sell them a 3 or 4 month subscription for $49.99.

mike - 18 Feb 2008i tried the one-week realty trac free trial membership, then canceled ON-LINE after 2-3 days. i have the on-line cancelation acknowledgement, but i did get a call today from that number, 949 502 7787. it will be interesting as well as annoying to see if the calls continue, although i won't know what to do about it if they continue.

T - 9 Nov 2007I have gotten calls from realty trac after signing up with them on line, they hadn't left messages and finally when I answered there was some guy on the line that made a couple of noises then hung up.

carrie - 9 Jan 2008i have had the same thing happen, the number calls everyday about the same time.. when i answer nobody answers but i hear typing.. i finally called the numb back this morning and some man answered and said yeah that happens and he offered to take my number out of their system.. we shall see if it stops calling me

KS - 23 Jan 2008Ugh.. I cancelled on the 19th of this month, and started getting these calls yesterday. No one says anything if you pick up. I cancelled 5 days in advance of my free trial ending, so they better not charge my card.. that’s for sure!

CharlesU - 30 Apr 2008Go to the website. Log in and go to near bottom of page. It will have a button to cancel. SAVE YOUR CONFIRMATION #! If you are getting the emails still you have to go to the opt-out link. THIS LINK ONLY STOPS THE EMAIL it will not cancel your trial membership.

Cindy G - 18 Sep 2008Okay folks - I was getting calls from this number at least 3-4 times a day -and coincidentally whenever my daughter was napping. My husband had unsubscribed from Realty Trak AND each time they called about loan consolidation I would select 2 to unsubscribe.
Here's what you can do...call the number back and ask for Customer Service.
I spoke with Jeremy - he is the ONLY Jeremy in Customer Service (or so he says) and he put a request into the system to remove our number and then I asked him for his Supervisors name - his name is Joe Nguyen.
Call and ask for these people and make them feel our pain of being constantly harassed by annoying people.
Here's what you can do...call the number back and ask for Customer Service.

annoying phone call solved - 15 Nov 2008I called and asked for this joe person and the lady offered to take my number off herself by calling within 5 minutes and told me NOT to answer the call but it would take the number off the call system!
