Rec'd call on cell phone

Received multiple calls from this number.  Always a recording from someone calling herself "Lisa" and something about a foreclosure.  Is anyone else getting these?

"Lisa" called me today, leaving a message that I was getting kicked out of my home due to foreclosure, and that she could help me stay in my house longer.  Dear Lisa, I don't even own a home!

Call from a Betty Wager.  They asked me if my house went to Auction; replied that would be hard since the number called is a corporation that is in a leased office space.

Calls my business phone and personal phone lines, leaving lengthy messages to call her for her services.  
Did tell her that she has been given notice, Not to Call Aain.  She just ignored the verbal Notice.  
Reported her,  as it is harassment and is being followed up with the "unlawful call center" and other related reporting authorities that were referred.              
Sometimes you just have to take what action is available concerning these bullies.  
They should have to face consequences for their intrusive and aggressive behavior against the privacy of others.

I did go through foreclosure, and my condo went to auction yesterday and of course nobody wanted to buy it (it was 280% underwater) so it reverted to the bank and soon as the auction closed there was this message on my machine telling me it reverted to the bank and I can stay in my house longer with her help...

I didn't want these calls so I'm going to report them

This call should be illegal ! ! !  My house is no where near foreclosure, but wonder if someone who was in that situation got this call?

My home IS in foreclosure. Ever since it entered, every evil phuq has been spamming the name on the loan, MY DEAD FATHER. He had an upside down Reverse Mortgage on it. I have NO family, NO friends, NO employment, NO income and when the time comes I will have nowhere to go but TO THE GUTTER.

Unlike most spammers with non-existent numbers or bogus numbers, I just rang the number back and she did answer the phone straight away, I disconnected call. The following is cut n pasted comment I posted to other spammers

Making Foreclosures public information should be illegal.

These idiots sent their standard response spam to my father WHO IS DEAD. None of these people do a thorough investigation before spamming the public, had they, they'd not have contacted us. They would know that this property is in foreclosure due to a Reverse Mortgage where the only name on the paperwork is now DEAD. The RM is upside down, there is no equity here, so, when the law comes a knockin' .......

I'm living in his home, NO family, NO friends, NO employment, NO income and nowhere to go here soon as I'm forced from my father's home. Nowhere but to the gutter.

Where's MY HELP? I gave five years of my life to ensure my father never saw the inside of a nursing home, one goal I have successfully achieved. Now that I need help, there is NO ONE coming to my aid. Just monsters like these trying to stick their dirty, filthy, greasy paws into the pockets of those already in financial despair.

Hell, if someone who is behind on their mortgage payments could afford the money these people and those in their industry try to rape the less fortunate for, perhaps they wouldn't be in despair, instead they'd make another payment.

Civilization has got to find another way to deal with dwellings. People who live in a home for decades should not have to GET THE PHUQ OUT just because of money.

Lisa M called this afternoon and left a message about evicting me from my home lol. I own my home outright and am the only one who can evict me. Lisa said my home was sold at an auction and I had to leave, but she would help me stay.

Her scammer pitch is well practiced (since 2013 at least) and can sound very real and intimidating to many. She failed to list a name of a company or business; or any details about the claim she was calling about.

According to Number Investigator she is using a service from the folks at Mpower Communications Corp. who support many, many telemarketers. The number is spoofed to appear it is calling from a local number near me (San Juan Capistrano), but its really coming from TelePacific Corp in Las Vegas.

I’ve reported the number to Nomo so I won’t be bothered further by these crooks.

Lisa M called again today at 11:30AM, left same BS message as yesterday. I guess it takes a couple times for Nomo to catch on.

Thanks for the heads up...I got this call from Lisa last night thank God I was not home. My husband passed away (Navy/Marine Corpsman 27 yrs..WWII, Korea, Vietnam) my income was cut and was able to make my house pymts for 2 yrs...my home was auctioned off yesterday..which surprised me as it was way over market. I think it is cruel for someone to think it is funny and make calls like this to people who are stressed out. I need to find out who I can report her to. This is obviously a person that has no compassion for people like us.

I am in exactly the same situation.  I am so sorry for what you have gone through.  My mother died and Wells Fargo granted her a reverse mortgage in 2005. She was mentally ill and had a shopping addiction.  I don't have money to buy the house and even if I did it is a terrible investment.  The house was somewhat hoarded but I have lived here for seven years so she wouldn't be alone.  She died in January and Wells Fargo came calling three weeks after she died.  The house went to auction today and this Lisa person called hours after the auction. Ever since my mother died I have had call after call. flyer after flyer and no one understood this was a reverse mortgage.  I have no where to go but will be evicted soon.  These Lisa scum people just make a bad situation worse.

yes, and we paid her $400.00 for her to help keep us in our home after it was foreclosed and sold at auction, she gave us a number of a law office in our area and the attorney answered the first time, but when I called him today the message on his law office landline said " please leave a recorded message for (206)-283-9285"  they are both working with a 3rd person named Kelly with a different phone number.  714-396-9279  ...... they are supposed to help you stay in your home after it is foreclosed and help you get money from the sale so you can move to another location.  going through this right now, but it all seems fishy, when you get right down to it!  I already talked to a lawyer for the new owners, and he said they would help us if they could.  Then we got an eviction notice from another lawyer, not the one that says he was the lawyer for the new owners, and that one says we have to vacate the property at a DIFFERENT address????  Foreclosures and auctions are STRANGE!!!!
