keeps calling & hanging up. when I call back there's a "number not in service" message. Adding it to block list doesn't work.

A new one for me; they keep trying but I will keep blocking. Get a Call Blocker!

After a few days off my back they're at it again! Didn't answer.

Call came in at 11:05 and it was a hang up.  It's bad that we pay for phone service and never get a chance to use our phones due to all these idiots (putting it nicely).

Most likely in my experience many 949 numbers are Internet "discreet" hook ups.  OC is rampant with them. Also call girls esp when you cannot call the "telemarketer" back.  They have so many ploys to try to reach their target hook -up.  

Get call blocker! Done.

I told them they were scammers and to stop calling.  They implied that they had talked to me before.   WRONG.

Caller hung up. Returned call. Its Fax number. Wasted time.

Our phone companies are making billions by facilitating harassing calls to us violating DNC laws. We need a lawyer to sue them because Congressional lawyers are too busy blocking progress and electioneering to help us! Where is there a lawyer with guts?

I got this call and so did another family member. They did not leave a message. I had blocked this number before because when I tried to block it - the only choice was to Unblock. Ugh. Annoying. My number is on the national do not call list but that doesn't seem to matter.
