What does that mean Ben.  This person called me to buy my house.  I'm guessing it's a scam.  Please provide for info on your experience.

A female called me from a California wanting to buy/list my property. They said they would buy it if it they couldn't sell it in 30 days. When I asked if they were licensed in Florida they hung up.

Tony Gonzalez just called saying his boss was interested in buying my land, but would not give me his boss' name.  He said the investment company was 30DaySales.com.  I gave him my junk email account, so we'll see if he comes through with a credible offer.  If he does, I'm getting it checked out by a lawyer first.  He also asked if they could make large monthly payments, say in about 6-12 months.  Ha ha. It would be nice if my bank allowed me to do that on my mortgage.

Yes, I have received a phone call every evening from this 949 #.  They have referenced a 206-300-1000 number as well, telling me to call them back about the property for sale.  My house is not for sale, but I do not mind messing with them!  Total Scam!!  Beware, do not trust anyone who calls you to list your house!

My husband received a call from Mary at this number this morning referencing the # 206-300-1000. I am thinking that this is a scam. They asked what the asking price of our house is and when he told the $85k they said they only list houses for over $100k. But still wanted to list our house. they then wanted to schedule an appt to come and look at the property. The website they gave is 30daysale.com and is very vague and doesn't have much information at all, just asks for you to enter more information. I am thinking that this is a scam. Would be great to get $100k out of this old place but in reality it wouldn't be very smart business on their part to pay way over market value. It just doesn't make sense

Just got a call from 949-629-3545  wanting to know how quickly we could move,  She could barely speak english and would not say who she was with  but did say she was working with several realtors.  This sound like BS....   BE AWARE

This company keeps calling me. He said his name is Hal and he leaves this #206-300-1000.

I spoke with a lady who called from this number, we set up an appointment and the Realtor was actually on time and gave me a presentation, they showed me all there numbers and how they could sell our house quickly... me and my husband ended up listing our house with him on the same day... he was informative and friendly...turned out to be a top Realtor in out area..NOT A SCAM

They just called me from the same number and wanted to ask questions about our rental property that was listed.  We have a realtor, so I was wondering how he got our number.  I asked him where he saw it and he said "in his database".  I told him we have a realtor and he disconnected the call.  Wanted to report it just the same.

This just came min after mI put my home in Craigslist---have any of you also done that? Craigs has become more of a problem than its worth---a minefield of danger and scams. Unfortunately turning in any nubers to the donotcall agency is a total waste of time.

I'm a Realtor in Las Vegas and just got a call on my cell referencing a property I had listed and sold a month ago.  Caller was expecting the "owner" of the house, and she stumbled when I told her I was the listing agent for the house that sold. She then asked if I was able to take more listings.  Of course I can take on listings, but I don't pay for these type of unsolicited "leads". Realtors will frequently call home owners to sell their house, but reputable agents identify themselves upfront with name and real estate agency so there is no question who's calling (and so you can hang up on us faster - LOL!).  And unless the caller has an active license in your state and is a local agent, I recommend ending the call.  FYI, I looked up this number thinking that I might have "hung up" on a person who really wanted to sell their house, so I'm happy to see my instincts were on target!  

I'm a Realtor in North Las Vegas and just got a call on my cell asking me to call Al back at 206-300-1000. He wanted more info on a house I have.  It sounded like he was from the UK. My gut said something was not right, so I googled 949-629-3545. Just as the Las Vegas Realtor, I  will frequently call home owners to sell their house, but reputable agents always identify themselves upfront with name and real estate agency so there is no question who's calling (and yes so you can hang up on us faster - LOL!).  And unless the caller has an active license in your state and is a local agent, I too recommend ending the call.

Been calling me since we listed our house April house was sold in July. I did not post on Craigslist but used Zillow and happy house.com. Same as all the other postings I will file a scam complaint
