Person sent an email saying that I won a $1000 gift card from Walmart and to go to www.MyWmartDeal.com.

Its a scam.  Phishing.  The sender will ask for a credit card number or bank account number to pay shipping and handling.  He will take all of the money out of the account.  He will never send you a gift card.

They sent me a text message saying I won a $1000 gift card from Walmart.

do people actually fall for these stupid hoaxes?  I got mine at 8:15am EST, 3/29/2012

Sent me a test message this morning.Supposedly I won a $1000 give card. I know bullsh** when I see it and hear it. Glad I'm not the only one.

They sent me a message too this morning, but the number was a different cali number (949) 636-6593. Stupid Scams.... they think we are all dumb... but the website is such a hoax name even, I dont want a virus on my phone!

Had no idea it was a scam.  I was really annoyed when the first message I got on my pay as you go phone was that.  I ignored it, but never thought that it might be spam.

Just got the same thing. Can this phone number be reported for phishing?

Tried calling the number, but the didn't answer and their voicemail hasn't been set up. Probably a prepaid phone.

got one a while back, got on site and then got off after being suspect of the deal.  Then today got another text but from a different #.  Beware of text from 9496367130

Just received a test from 949.636.6544 stating I won a Walmart $1000 gift card.  Knew this had to be a scam as who the heck would text you won something.  Not sure how they got my cell number as it's under a business name

I got the same message but the phone number was 714-988-5518 from Southern California.

I got a txt message from this number claiming that I had won a $1000 Walmart Gift Card. It asked to claim gift at www.mywmartdeal.com.

I do not shop Walmart... This is a scam.

Seriously... I just won 1000.00 gift card from Wally World. These idiots! The bad thing is there is a percentage of the population that believes this B/S. WTF people REALLY.

I just reported this number to the (Do Not Call) FBI. The overall company is get-goodies.com
