Rental scammers! Don't call that number. they try to scam people into thinking its a good deal.

This is the email message I received from this number:

Thanks for your swift response regarding my property, the home is currently vacant and it is available for move in. I am Samuel Reichert the owner of the property,I got transfer too Bay City,Michigan few weeks ago and am looking to rent our home ASAP.

The rent includes all utilities like washer, dryer, gas, electricity, Dishwasher, water, Electric Stove, Fridge are included in the rental fee. We would be staying here in Michigan for a long time and this is why we are actually renting our Home. I am not after the money for the rent but looking for a trustworthy/responsible person too occupy our home.

The keys/documents are right here with us but feel free to go view the exterior and once accepted as our new tenant the keys would be sent to you via FEDEX courier service.

I was cautious enough to google the phone number and found a bunch of reports of rental scams associated with the it. I immediately emailed them back and called them out. I then went to check on the posting later and it turns out they deleted it. Shame on these people.

Just got the same scam email. He had an apartment listed on craigslist. I swear I'll knock his teeth in if I ever find out who he is.

We got the same exact message for a rental on the Big Island of Hawaii.... Signed by Sarah and Greg Harvey.....  Said they  had been transferred to Springfield, Virginia.  Fortunately, it sounded like a scam from the beginning and we did NOT fall for it.

I got the same message in Hawaii on the island of Oahu from Greg Harvey. Sounded funny so I googled the number and found these posts. This is what it said.

I almost fell for it but I started getting more suspicious. So I looked up the persons name to see if they have Facebook and location. Nothing. So I looked up the phone number and found this site. Wow. This was the email.
