They call me from 9497522837 i was told that was from cti and after they hang up the phone who are those people?

Called me from 9497522837. Started rambling on about something or other. I asked him if I had solicited this call, he said no and then I told him to take me off of his call-list. I'm on the do-not-call registry. My guess is he's a telemarketing list compiler. they start out with a vague sales call and then they know the number connects to a particular person, they add the number and start selling it out.

The number 9497522837 is a company called CTI. The contact's name that called me is Ed Fillmore.

I picked up the phone when I got a call from 949-752-2837. I waited to hear the caller but he/she hang up the phone after I finally said "Are you gonna say something?".

just got a call from them. they hung up when had to leave message. now I know, not a call I want, thx for posts. i'm on do not call too.will report if they keep it up.

I have reported them to the ftc and attorney general they are aware of their activities. They say all you have to invest is $2500 dollars annually to get $400 to $600 dollars a month in return. Anyone who is called by them need to report them to the attorney general and afpc to stop what they're doing.

I 've received calls from  949-752-2836  everytime I answer the phone someone just holds the phone and breathes  when I say "Hello,  hello"  the person just slams down the phone and when the voicemail  comes on the person just hangs up the phone  this is very  stupid  when  all they have to do is ask for whomever they are calling for even if it is a wrong number..   I wonder if they got these type of calls
several  times each day and someone  just   holds the phone, breathes and hangs up   how would he or she would feel..........God help us all and Bless us all just the same  to be more respectful  of  one another.

The most recent call we received from them was yesterday, 10/11/2010 at 6:08 pm from (323) 545-9533.

They have been calling us for months from other numbers as well.

949-752-2879; 949-752-2874; and 949-752-2837 are ones I have kept track of.

When we blocked these numbers, they just call from a different one (like the one above) so we firmly believe they are just harassing us at this point.  They have not honored the fact that we are on the "DO NOT CALL" list either, so we filed a complain with the FCC today.  If enough people file complaints about them maybe it will have some impact.

They call me too, but they leave no message. Then when I tried to call back, it just rings and rings. Glad to find this on the internet becasue now I know who it is.

I am a subscriber to the do not call list and I don't want these people calling me since I don't know them.

I recieved repeated phone calls from them from different variations of the 949-752 number.  It's been so annoying.  I answer only to have them hang up.  I keep blocking them on my phone with an app called Mr. Number but each time they call back with a different number.  A few posts stated that the main company behind this is CTI.  I called the main number that someone posted: 1-877-205-1445.  I talked with an employee of CTI, and he said yes it was an automated calling system, and that they would take me off the list.  I would suggest other people calling that main number.  Hopefully I won't get an more calls from them.

We are called everyday between 5p.m. and 6p.m. est. Call comes up as CTI (949)752-2872.  When answered no one is there.  We are trying to get our phone number off their calling list.

CTI calls all hours of the day. I now have free long distance calling anywhere in the USA. I like returning the call to CTI 19497522837 and then stay connected to it for hours and hours and tie up their line. I've got a cell if anyone important really needs me vice versa.
Whoever owns those CTI numbers are some very evil people.
