Caller gave name Tom Cramer, Coast Mitigation Assoc.  Said something like "give to Ceasar that which is Ceasar's" and "you're gonna have to chat with me" nothing else.  Who is this idiot.

Two calls and the threats are so "out of bounds." I live in Texas and Texas is a debt friendly state. Tom left a message saying he'd make certain we would lose the equity in our home. The SOL has been up on this debt for a very long time (deputed too with the credit card company) and a certified letter will be sent to "Tom" stating the fact. Since they are debt junk collectors they will pass on to someone else and I'm sure I'll have to go through the same thing again.

I have received several calls daily and occasional messages from this number . The messages are always threatening "I need an immediate response if you want to settle this voluntarily", "I am calling about a matter that concerns your property at...". I'm not sure what they want and why they would think these intimidating tactics will get any response.

So I get a call from a bill collector for someone who's not me. I call back and get his voicemail. I leave a message with my phone number saying not to call me back again. I immediately receive a call back from him telling me to [***] myself, he'll call me whenever he wants. He says he's a bill collector, he gets paid to call people, so he's going to start calling me all the time.

I was just contacvted by Tom Cramer and he sent me a lengthy email outlining an 18 month payment plan to pay off an old debt I don't even remember. They request that you provide actual post dated checks, I almost considered doing this until I had left him a message and he was very rude. That made me think that I should look into the company a little further, and the first thing that pops up for the company is ripoff alerts. He called me at work and all calls at my office are recorded, so I have a recording of his rude behavior.

Claiming to be "Tom Cramer" from Coast Mitigation. Called to speak to my mother concerning a legal matter between a certain bank and my aunt who does not live at the number he called. He says that He tried to reach my aunt and even read her nnumber back to me. I thought this was odd considering the fact that he would call an outside source concerning a legal matter.I have "Google'd" this company and found others who have received calls from this rip-off company.. ...SO PLEASE BE AWARE!

I recieved several phone calls from this company for a person that I don't even know.  When I tried to let them know that they had the wrong number I was then yelled at and talked to in a manner that is not even suitable for my dog.  I did contact my local police who in return cantacted them person known as tom.  He was just as rude with them.  My next step is to contact the Sana Anna police dept, The federal trade commish #202-326-2222, and the California Attorney General..    If all else fails and I continue to recieve these phone calls my attorney will be filing harrasment charges as I am recording the calls.

As the others, he said he would make sure I paid and is hunting down my family members and leaving messages.  Never states what debt they are referring to.  I too live in Texas.

please let me know if you get anywhere with the authorities.

I have reported them to the labbb.org(better business bureau)  This group needs to be stopped.  They harrassed me and my family for a debt that never existed and tried to say i was going by an alias name also.  They are the scum of the earth and not too smart either.

Received a call from Cramer about a debt my wife owed 7 years ago in SC. Explained for the second time that my wife and I no longer live together. He stated that I was lying and made comments about my wife and I not paying our debts. I asked for an address to send him a letter, he stated that he did not have to provide that for me. Isn't there laws against a collection agency calling the husband and stating that his wife is not paying her debts? This guy is a rude jerk to say the least, how do I stop him and are there people out there dumb enough to send him money?

What an idiot. I don't even answer the calls.

Regarding the call to the Texas debtor on a OOS "out of statute debt" he can not say they will take or plan to take any type of legal action if the debt is truly OOS. If he said this and you can prove it you might consider contacting a consumer rights attorney with experience in debt collection actions against agencies who violate the FDCPA.

Don;t let these types of operators continue to abuse and violate the law. The power of a group is important and carries weight. Another agency that was in Florida Camco Associates did the same thing and they are no longer in business!

This guy is a fake and a phony. He blatently breaks the laws and speaks extreemly rude to people. He also will call and harrass your family. make sure you file the complaints with the right people to get creeps like this stopped!

He called my number asking for Patricia and wanting to contact Gary King which I do not know. He was saying that Patricia was used as a referance by Gary King of Bessemer, Al.

From 949  812-4689 Coast Mitigation - Some joker called and left a message for to call him at the above #. /Said his name was Dean (no last name) from Coast Mitigation and wanted to know if i lived at this address. Said that it was pertaining to my step son and I should refer to file # 836584. They called about some one that has been in and out of prison for the last 25 years. I'd go to jail myself before I'd pay any of his debts.
 They haven't threatened me yet, but if they call back I'm telling them my uncle the guy they want split to Humble, TX to get away from the law.

They called me at work saying that they were trying to get in touch with me inregards to a unpayed debt which I am unaware of. They said that they were also trying to serve me. they called on two different occasions at work and I would like to know if there is something legal that can be done? They gave a name of Tesenia on both calls?
