    Calling us since a very long time at random - I did even put a voicemail that it is a voicemailbox, but this person continues calling - caller-ID says: Coldwell Banker. Most likely a junior real estate agent who is wondering why he cannot sell any homes - duh!

    Calling us very often,  at diner time and by now it is getting very annoying.  He/she never leaves a message. If serious about bringing a real buyer, or found a potential buyer, he should have left his name and leave a clear message.  This agent only wants the listing.
    Warning Mr/Mrs Realtor:   change your sales strategy/approach: does not work. call only once and leave message, and if we do not reply then just STOP CALLING.  We are going to block your calls from now on.
