There is no scam involved here. We find that most merchants do not understand how to read their statements and we offer to come teach them. We do offer processing, but you are not obligated to move to our service. We find that most people are being over-charged and in fact would like to be treated fairly, but you are under no obligation. This is for your benefit only.

LIAR!!  I got suckered into signing with you 3 years ago.  No one ever gave me a contract. I had no idea it was a three year commitment.  Now that the contract is up... I gave the required 90 day notice and you still want to charge me $495 to cancel even though I gave the required 90 day notice. I was assured on more than one phone call that I would not be charged and now I am!!!  You people are crooks! And I am reporting you...

This guy named Charlie called from Merchant Services. I asked him if he was MY merchant services company and he said yes. I was very suspicious and asked him to give me my merchant account number and he said he didn't know what it was. He wanted me to verify some information. That information I would had given him would have only been used to set up a new account with this scamming company.

We are powered by First Data, most merchants do process with a First Data affiliate, so you may in fact be processing with First Data. I just received a call from a Luana Lee from "merchant services." She asked me to fax over a merchant statement for review on how much money we could save. She also wanted me to provide all the confidential information regarding the account rather than the other way around. BIG SCAM!!

You are an idiot. There is nothing private on a processing statement.  They worst anyone could find is how much revenue you've taken in.

The processing statement is a rue to legitimize what is nothing more than a scam.  Don't do business with this company.  If you do, you will really, really regret it.

I did do business with them and got screwed into a lease that i didn't sign. Now am i suppose to sue for $4800? It will probably cost me more to do so.

Yes you are an idiot!!! You wanted to get ripped off then go for it.  Your statement is not confidential, just your revenue.  No one can do anything about it.  People think they know it all what they're being charged but they DO NOT.  So for those close minded people that really don't know that they're just doing their job doing what they need to do.  Nothing you can prove that it's a SCAM but your words.  So what you wrote can be untruth.

Got phone calls from 949-861-4016, 949-872-2355, 949-861-4014, and 949-861-4013. 23 of them, in less than 10 minutes. I called 949-861-4000 and selected 0, I told the lady that they needed to stop calling me "NOW!" She said that she would walk over to the call center and let them know to remove my number. Apparently they were able to call three more times before she got to them. Each time I answered, all I heard was a repeating tone.
