Called and left a message on voice mail as if he was speaking to me. He must have started message or recording before my VM actually started recording... i.e. said, "hello" at end of message. It  was in regards to an acct? (that I am not sure if I even have one coming out of CA.) because he said that he would "transfer me to his 'account manager' and if we get disconnected...hello?"

Received the same message as the dude above, calling himself Samuel, regarding my overwhelming student loan payment and talking about July? Oh, also it went to my Google Voice number, which I never give to any legitimate companies I actually do business with - but companies that may spam me later.

It's a robocall, don't try to call them back - anytime you see this number, just let it go to voicemail and delete. NOT a collector, but a scammer.

I can not get these people to leave me alone!  I have tried removing my phone number using an "unsubscribe" list, and it has only gotten worse.  I am reporting this number and all of the others to the FCC, Better Business Bureau, and anyone else that will listen.  I blocked the numbers and they started leaving voicemails!  I would also like to send them my phone bill for the minutes wasted with multiple voice messages a day.  My next step is change my number.

This ass muncher has been calling me for days and trying to convince that his company can help with my overwhelming student loan debt.   Yes I have student loans but thy are manged quite well at this time.  I have told him to F*&K off three times now.  Somebody make him stop!

Call blocker is your best bet.   Also, don't pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

Reporting 949-861-7352...Call came from Irvine, California...The guy said I had an overwhelming bill due if I could call him back at the same number....Hung up on him.....Damn desperate telemarketers....Or whatever!!

I imagine other telephone service providers also have this service.

Report these scammers.

I have the same thing happening.  I've told them to stop calling me and to take me off of their calling list. At first I was nice about it, but now that it's been a month of multiple phone calls every day...I've had it!  They act like they know me.  It doesn't matter how nice or how mean or how loud I am, they keep talking.

It's the student loan fix thing.  You get rid of one caller and 2 more pop up...ridiculous! I have quit picking up and if I see the number more than once, without a voicemail, I block it.

I don't even have any student loans how do these people keep getting our numbers? !!! So annoying.

I have received calls from 949-861-7352, among others.  Prior to getting calls from the number I just listed, I was getting them from another number that my phone said was coming from Illinois.   I only answered once and it was  a guy that had such a heavy accent I couldn't understand a word he was saying.  I kept asking him to repeat, and he started yelling...loan, loan, loan!  I said, no thanks, I'm not interested in a loan and then enquired how he obtained my number as I was on the Federal Do Not Call list.  He hung up on me, only to call me back repeatedly over the course of the next week.  I never answered again.  Then I started receiving calls from the 949-861-7352.  I have not answered any of those calls, but I have no student loans, nor any other loans that aren't being paid.  I'm getting calls from other numbers as well, ranging anywhere from Mississippi, Illinois, Florida Arkansas, and California.  I've a feeling it is all the same "company", because as I understand it, they are calling from a VOIP, which means they can be in one place, but the call states it is coming from somewhere else.  I rarely give out my number except to people I do business with.  I did order the Razor One for my husband, and that is approximately when the calls began...wondering if it connected?

I received a call from 0119498617352.  Don't answer calls I don't know. No message left. Its really annoying.  People like these need to get a life.  How would they like it if we called them and did the same thing to them. I'm pretty sure they would be in the same situation we are.  Ugh!!!!
