This guy is a puppy scammer. He says he has a puppy to send to you for like 220 and then you never see the puppy, don't fall for him.

received an email telling me to contact that number to avoid being arrested.

It's a scam.
You cannot be arrested for a debt.
Debt is a civil matter, not a criminal matter.

Ronnie Wilson- supposedly from the State Investigators Department said I have an arrest warrant and needed to send money before the case was "downloaded" to the state court. When I called the number, a man with an Indian accent answered with a Hello? I asked who I was speaking with , he was quiet for about 10 seconds then said "uh...Ronnie Wilson state investigator's department. I asked if it was common practice to answer an official phone line with "hello", he didn't answer. I said you don't sound like a Ronnie Wilson either, he hung up.

Email sent in junk mail stating the case will be downloaded into the court and will be fined 10,000 or 10 years in jail for theft by fraud and something else. Why send emails??

Same email...why are these people or person doing this!?? It's not funny and somebody is actually going to get scammed by this!! What can be done???
