Received a call Sat May 16th around 12:30 in the afternoon.  Caller identified himself as Big Jim Lumberjack looking for me by my legal first name (which I don't ever use).  He then said... "You are the owner of the property over on (my actual street name)."  I told him that we were busy having a party and was there something I could do for him.  He then responded... "Wow & I wasn't invited"... and then hung up on me.

Have been receiving a call 2 sometimes 3 times day.  Never any answer

I said hello and they hung up.

Received a call yesterday, and one today.  I didn't answer.  There was no voice mail.  Probably a telemarketer.

Acted like he knew me; called me by my first name. Then said I might not remember him but he did some remodeling for me last year. When I said I hadn't had any work done, he made up the name of a couple who do not live on my street and said he had done work for them. They were such a nice couple, he said. Then he asked if I needed any estimates. I said our house was pretty new, and then he was gone. I called him back but, of course, his voice mail box was full. [***].

Received a call and the guy knew my first and last name and kept trying to get me to say that there was something that needed to be done to our home.  He tried everything from enclosing the patio to a new driveway.  He kept saying "REALLY!!!!" every time I said no.  Very annoying.  He even said what if he wired me money, what would I do to the house and I said nothing.  He finally hung up.  Don't even waste your time answering any call from this number.

I received a call from this number on 5-27-09.  They said my name, mis pronouncing my last name and then hung up.. I think these guys are fraudulant..  I tried to call back and recieved a message saying that, "the person at Ext 949-891-8837 is unavailable."  The caller ID onmy phone said, "Out of Area", even thought the number is in the same area code..

Received call from 949-891-8837 on 5/28/09. Bad connection. Like caller was on a cell phone 1/2 a world away OR calling through an Internet connection. Briefly heard another male voice in the background as if in a call center. Caller asked for my husband by name. I said, "He's not in." Caller hung up.

You answer, person asks for a name,then person hangs up.

I said, "What is this regarding?"
Caller: "Is this Mr. MyLastName?"
I said: "What is this regarding?"
Caller: "I cannot say, this is personal"
Then I hung up.

I love my last name...only people who know me can prounounce it!

More & more, we let calls ring through to the answering machine, with good reason! Ninety-eight percent are Junk Calls.

I Said hello,no one is speaking,then I hung up.

I answered to a hang-up.

Answered to no one there.  What ever happened to the do not call list?

Received a call from this number. They hung up after I said "hello" twice. When I called back to find out who call me, a voice message stated the user's mailbox could not accept more messages.
