It is Google looking for ad sales, gives you an option to opt out, does not work. Getting 8-9 automated calls a day

This number called my cell and simply played beautiful classical music in my ear.

"Kevin Doyle" said he was from "P and P Legal" and pretends that he has specific Family Law cases he'd like to send my way, if I can handle more cases.  The calls originate from 949-892-3836 with message for me to return a call to 949-861-5627.  Have been getting these calls for several years.

These are not just SPAM nuisance telemarketing calls -- they are flat-out fraudulent calls designed to deceive.  He does not have any specific 'clients' or "cases" he is referring.  What he ends-up claiming is that "P and P Legal" can guarantee me that if I pay for them to list my business on their website (or where ever) -- then they will guarantee me a torrent of new cases generated from their website listing of my business.  This dishonest scam is used for other kinds of businesses as well - such as deceiving dental businesses that "P&P Dental" has specific patients they'd like to send to them if they can take-on more patients.  

It's just another one of those third-party "business listing" deals - those utterly useless, barren, unnecessary third-party leeches, scavengers, parasites, blood-suckers who try to make money by convincing hungry businesses that they have a torrent of 'clients' or 'patients' to send to them -- IF they get on board and pay to have their business listed & posted on their website (or wherever).

Numerous different thorough web search engine searches come-up empty when searching for "P & P Legal" or "P & P Dental."

HOW profoundly 'sick' does someone have to be -- for them not to realize no one in their right mind is ever going to do business with someone who flat-out lies to them and tries to deceive them?  Daaaaaaa.

This number called my dental office 12 times after hours.   v

stated that he was a dentist that was looking for a practice that specialized in general, cosmetic and implants so that he could "unload" some of his patients.

Got the call tonight after 8:00 P.M. leaving a voice message wherein Kevin Doyle from TMP, PMP, D&P (who knows) asked if I could take on new chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.  As if anyone practicing consumer bankruptcy couldn't?

Caller ID doesn't give a number, but instead indicates "Private."  Call back number given is 949-892-3836.  

I agree with the Ma & Pa Business, above.  It's fraud.  They are not calling to see I can take on new clients.  They want to know if I want to advertise with them.  

I can think of no business that I more quickly not do business with than one that attempts to start the relationship with a lie.  

"Name is kevin doyle From P. M. T. Legal, and I'm looking to speak with a Chapter 7 Chapter 13 bankruptcy attorney. The Baby interest in the capacity, of taking on both. Chapter 713 cases. My direct phone number is.."

Got one of these calls at 9:33 pm Friday on work phone.   My office does not take on "referrals" of this kind.  I should have googled the number before returning the call.  Wasted my time and hit my long distance phone bill.  With so many people with cell phones we do get clients in our area with out of area phone numbers.
