Some kind of attorney

This number is calling relatives and my landlord.  Don't know who it is, as I do not owe any debt.

Just called me from 949 900 1702 - asking to be available to receive a packed and he need me to sign for it - He knew my name.  When i ask - what package and who are u - give me a 714 922 0560 no. to call and ask.  Would not give any other information.  I don't owe any any money to anyone - i called around my neighbor hood - i found one neighbor getting same sort of calls. I think its some sort of a scam.

They are doing the same thing to me in Florida says their debt collection company won't give any information of who they are but they have all of my information

I have received calls for my father from this company. They don't tell me why they want my dad but ask how they can get a hold of him. I do not speak to my father so I could not help them. But they have been calling off and on for about two weeks.

The call is from K&M Financials, LLC, in California.

Very threatening call .  sending police within hour with important papers for someone who doesn't even live here. No one with the name she mentioned lives here.  I am handicapped and elderly. This is very upsetting.  This has to be against the law to harass me. I will ask the officer when he comes and see what my options are against this person.   Do not explain what package was. Very very aggressive and brass. No way to treat an older person.  No respect or politeness any more.  I am now calling my heart doctor as my heart is racing.

Police never came so I called back asked when they would be here.  Man asked me to wait a minute. I was out on hold and no one came on line

My mom called a few days ago and said my step dad was freaking out cause someone called asking for me saying that I would be arrested the next morning if I did not call them back.  They were telling him something about a claim against me.  I haven't lived with my mom and step dad for about 14 years LMAO!  My wife and I recently got the same number on our cell phones so I called them curious what it was.. turns out, they had the wrong person... She said my name came up on some case she was working on and they needed to get information from me.  She tried to verify my name and my social (was my name, but not my social) so she said she was removing my name from that list.
We will see if that actually happens.

No it's not. They have told me 10 different names. Get over yourself.

They have been calling harassing us. So I have been having fun and calling them back and harrasing them. OMG this is the best stress relief I have ever had.

This number has been listed as a contact number to call for a fictitious court document against my husband.  They have also called my son and granddaughter.  Another contact number they give us 844-380-4659.  This has been going on for over 6 months and is escalating.

Block the calls.  Your relatives will have to block them, too.

Called from an 844 number a couple of days ago, today from this number ... same thing ... I owe $17K regarding medical bills ... couldn't elaborate anymore ... sending someone to my house to sign papers.  Only had 1 day to take care of this matter ... that is what they said 2 days ago ... scammers

Said I owed a medical bill from February of 2009 for my son. The girl new my addresses my jobs literally got my credit report.
