debt collecter that uses unfair practices IE calling you at work, saying they have a subpoena when they dont ect.

I fell for this once like 7-8 years ago. They call and threaten you that they need to serve you need to pay a certain amount otherwise they are going to serve you with court papers for prosecution to the fullest exent of the law.They have your credit report but if you pay them, the debt you are paying will not be paid. Never send them anything! They started calling me again last month, so I asked her for a contact number and what is the case regarding. She said she doesn't have that information. Really? So they have a case number, and a legal book in front of them full of big legal words and you don't have any information regarding the debt you are calling me about? So I said send it to me, and I never received anything. Do not send them money! I repeat, Do not send them money! They use feat tactics to get you to give in. Just use common sense when they call. What debt collector does not have your debt information?

I also looked up legal support services and that number does not even match the company that actually has that name. Its a scam, its not even a debt collection service.

They called saying the need to serve me with papers when it is dedt collectors....everything u said is true Daniel.
