    Got a call no message.  Tried to call back and got 911 emergency.

    The prefix is spoofed (faked). In North America there is no prefix that starts with a zero, a one, and then 211, 311, 411 all the way up to 911 do not exist. Do not take or try to call back such numbers.

    Five months later and still at it. I saw this obviously spoofed number on the screen and didn't answer. It's no surprise that no message was left. If they call again I will block the number.

    This numbered called at 9:57.  I answered and the person hung up.  Thought I might call them back to see what they wanted, but realized if I did, I'd be calling 911.  So, looked it up here and see I'm not the only one receiving this call.
