They called me, I called back but the call could not be completed as dialed.

This number keeps calling my house. This man is asking for me. I live in northern california and I don't know anybody down south

Im from North Dakota and this person has called me a couple of times and has hung up. Pretty Weird haha!

I'm in MN. The number calls me 3 times every day. When I pick up, there is no answering.I'm going to crazy!

The first day I got my cell phone, this number called several times, mentioned US Bank or just left recordings that were partially cut off.  If it keeps up I'll try to block the number

No, they are NOT from US Bank, no matter what they or their caller I.D. says (caller I.D.'s can be spoofed). They've been trying to call and scam my elderly Mother, but I've been interceding. If they were actually from US Bank they would not be asking her for her account number. I suggest that that anyone who doubts this either:

1)Tell the caller that you will take care of any issues with your local branch directly, but not over the phone.

or

2)Request a reference number for reason they're calling. Tell the caller that you will phone the banks published number (800 US BANKS) and discuss it with the CSR that answers.

The standard in my home is that no personal information is given to anyone we don't know over the phone unless we initiate the call ourselves.
