SPAM/SCAM - 950 isn't even a valid area code. Automated recording aksing to press a button about reducing amount credit card % interest rate has just been upped to... "in response to the letter you should have received". SPAM/SCAM

I got the same call but didn't pick it up, best to not pick these up as that can allow them to spread your number. Most often if you dont know the number don't answer it.

I also just received a call on my cell from this number... didn't answer since it looked like just a strange number. no message left

also got the call.  i pressed a number and heard someone there talk.  asked her to remove my number then (surprise) she hung up.

I Got a message from 950-000-2543. "Card Holder Services" I've received dozens of calls from them. I pressed 9 to speak to a representative. This time I got a greenhorn. I like to go into character, usually a slow-witted boy man with a heart of gold who's very lonely like to talk and is in huge financial trouble! I usually "have to have things repeated several times because I don't think as fast as others"

I asked where he was calling from he said  "Card Holder Services." I asked what state was he calling from. He said "Atlanta, GA" I asked for a phone number so I could run a better business bureau check. He would not give a number. I asked how can I find out if the company is legitimate? He said go to www.cardholderservices.com. I typed card holder services into google and said. "UH OH! It says here you guys make a lot of calls and MANY people are angry at you..." He asked me to make sure I was looking at www.cardholderservices.com I continued to read post from other sites. He was a good sport and obviously not a seasoned rep eager to hang up and harass the next robo-dialed number. I wasted as much time as I could.

Finally he got to the million dollar question..."How much do you owe on your credit card"
I said "a lot, way too much and I'm in huge trouble with my family, my bank, the government even."

All in all he was not happy to find out after 1/2 hour that I only owed $25.00 on my card.

Got a call from the 950-000-2543 number, pressed 9 like an idiot.

I was transfered to a voice that sounded like he was in a bullpen instead of an individual office with a love of voices in the ambient background. He had an accent, perhaps Indian or middle eastern but I'm no expert. He said he was from card holder services and wanted to ask a few questions to see if I qualified for a life-long 3% APR for all my cards.

Only then did I start feeling suspicious. I asked what card he was referring to, and when he asked how much money I hold in debt I told him that if he had my information he should already know it. That was when he got really vague and I told him I just wasn't comfortable sharing my information and hung up. Now I find this site and realize I was an idiot for answering in the first place. Ah, well. Such is life...

Well if you go into www.cardholderservices.com today, it says the domain is for sale LOL.  So looks like no more website, yet I still received a call from them this morning.  Of course, I did not answer.
