I answered. Caller didn't say anything .Sounded like telemarketers in the background noise.

caller calls several times a week leaving no message. Caller id shows california

Don't know the number so never answer it, but have tried to call it back several times, and I get the message:  "We're sorry your call can not be completed as dialed."  It starts giving the message after I dial the 15 of the number.  Never saw a phone number with a one ( 1 ) following the area code???
Turkeys are wasting our time, their effort, and money.  I wonder if they will ever wise up???
