Got the same message when calling back. Possibly "IVP reservation center". No one picked up on call back.

Time share saleswoman.  I get a call from her several times per week, and always ask to be removed from her list.  All requests have been ignored evidently.

I never picked up called back and a answer machine saying ivp reservation center all of our agents are busy please leave a message and well call you back..pricks

I received the call on my cell phone while at home around 7:27 P.M. and did not get it quick enough to answer.  I called the number back and got a recording with a man saying IVP Reservation center and that all of their agents were busy at the moment.  I don't like these phishing calls because it costs me money to answer them. This is extremely annoying especially when I was in the middle of eating dinner.

Call was from Global Exchange.  I hung up as they call often telling my I have won something.

Received a call 4/4/13 from 951-200-3877.  The woman was obviously in a room with other telemarketers.  She had an accent and told me she was from "Global Exchange" and that I had won a free vacation.  I asked how she got my number but she continued to read from her script that I could go at not cost, to Las Vegas or Hawaii.  I explained I was on the do not call list, told her not to call back and hung up.

I have been called by "Global Exchange" 4 times now. the first 2 times were at 11:30pm! I have asked to be removed from their list every time. I took names but they refuse to give me the company contact info.

If I knew a way to report these [***], I would.

Just got called by "Global Exchange" and they were telling me, like some other people here, that I had won a free vacation thingy. I call [***].

Caller told me I won a trip to Hawaii. I could hear the boiler room in the background. I assumed that it was a time share trying to get me to buy.  They won't stop calling.  They gave no company name. The girl was polite to my surprise when I told her to give my "Prize" to someone else, yet they still continue to call. It's annoying

ughhhhhhhhh i get 3-5 calls a week almost daily.. so tired of them.. they should have to pay us each time they call.

They called my number today 01/23/2014, mumbled some words before the answering machine allows them to leave a message.

I got a call on a Monday afternoon at 4:30 at my home. When I answer the phone a lady with an obvious sick Filipino accent proceeded to tell me that I had won a wonderous vacation to Hawaii. When I asked her where she was calling from she told me Long Beach California whats does not correspond to the phone number that she was calling not see a shin of words with so bad that I couldn't understand half the things she was saying so I played with her a little bit and we had some fun at her expense of course. Sometimes you gotta have fun with these telemarketers.

Guess they are still doing busy calling people's the do-not-call list as they called me twice at 8:48 pm and refused to leave a message when I didn't answer.

Rec'd call from 951-200-3877 located in Murrieta, CA - Woman who sounded as though she was a Filipino who spoke poor English stating my number had been selected for a Survey.  Due I love Surveys, I answered by hitting the "End" button.  

Maybe they are pedo's phishing for children to answer the phone.
