This is an energy company promoting ways to save energy. I blocked them but my phone still rings once when numbers are blocked. They called 9 times within a two hour period. I finally called the number and listened to the recorded message. It told me to press certain numbers for service and gave me the option of pushing 3 to stop them from seeing if qualify for assistance . That was the only way the calls stopped. They will call every 15 minutes until you listen to the recorded message. Even with my blocking they called and my phone would ring one time . Very annoying .
