I think I have my bank US Bank to thank for all of these scam calls wasting my minutes!

Interesting I just checked my bank balance, which I bank with US Bank and then I got a call from (951) 257-0009, I didn't answer because I didn't know the number, but I checked on line as I always do and found your message.

This number keeps calling me but wont leave a message.  When I called it back it was something about being a subscriber and I was being entered into a $1000 daily give-a-way.  I do not subscribe to anything.  Possible scam.

No one subscribes to this crap. No one wins anything. There is no opt out, just fake web sites to trick you into providing more info. This is a criminal operation to steal money and identity. Help shut it down.

This number calls my cell phone all the time--I don't answer. They don't leave a message. It's just annoying. My cell phone is registered as a do not call #.

They left a message on my machine identifying as "WCA" and thanking me for having participated in an online survey.  They then claimed I had been “selected to receive 1 of 3 prizes” as a “special thank you” and to press 1 to claim my prize or 3 to be removed, at which point they hung up, not even allowing enough time for someone to actually respond (not that I would have.)  This is about the 8th time this number has called in the past month, but only the first time they have left a message.

Good luck with that. The bad news is there are thousands of complaints about this company not stopping the calls not to mention the unresolved complaints from the BBB that can't find a legitimate address for the company. All that can be found is a UPS drop box (The UPS Store #4567 -   2643 Gulf Bay Blvd Suite 1560-411, Clearwater, FL 33759) or a virtual office in Las Vegas (Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC  3651 Lindell Road, Suite D  Las Vegas, NV 89103) with a receptionist answering the phone for multiple non-existent companies.

You are dealing with a company that is owned by a woman in India and registered in Cyprus. If you request to be removed from their calling list and the calls persist then you should continually file complaints with your Attorney Generals office and also file with:

If enough people keep complaining then maybe something will get done. The only option is to go after the companies that are outsourcing to overseas boiler rooms.

JACKSON — The Mississippi Public Service Commission has fined a Nevada company $20,000 for violations of the Mississippi “No-Call” law and rules associated with enforcing the law.
Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced the fine. Presley says the fine was against Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC of Carson City, Nev.
Presley says Worldwide Commerce Associates violated the law by failing to register and purchase the state’s “No-Call” list. The company also allegedly called people on the list and used an automated dialing system to communicate with consumers.
The company shall be prohibited from making any calls as a telephone solicitor in Mississippi until the fine is paid in full.

Write your Congressmen and Senators. We need CRIMINAL penalties against the companies that are profiting from these calls. Follow the money, slap them in prison, no one left to outsource to overseas boiler rooms, problem solved.

several calls from this number

I've been called by this number several times. On 09/05/12, 10/03/12, and 10/04/12. What do they want?!? Stop calling me.

They are calling me about twice a day on both my home number and my cell...

i just started getting these calls a month ago, and it beeps an stuff and thats all, so i called back and yelled" take me off your damn list, im 16 and if i get one more call back im calling the police" then it hung up.

This number keeps calling me but wont leave a message. Calls once a day or two at different times. This morning I answered and no response so I hung up.. Really sick of this call, Been going on almost daily for a couple of weeks or so..

the call was a recording from Magic Jack advising on how to set up a conference call and purchase prepaid minutes.  Interesting thing, I don't use magic jack for my cell phone which they called. Magic Jack doesn't have prepaid minutes that I know of. The fee is once a year.

Something about medical insurance for pre existing insurance.  Just trash to load up my VM.  Sure with they would stop with all the nonsense calls
