This guy trys to scam people out of there mone on a website that say there selling shoes and clothing. i paid and now two weeks later I can get in touch with him this is his phone number and this is the site freshpairofnikes.com

Oh my gosh....did you file any kind of a complaint? my roommate and i looked into the sight and it definitely seems like a scam.  If it really is the word needs to get out about this site and this guy!

I bought a pair of jeans from this site they came after two weeks but they were not the right size and they are fake!!!! when i tried to contact them the number doesn't work so i'm stuck with these jeans now. I would advise anyone to steer clear from this site!!!!!!!!!

I just got scammed too from a site called cozycardy.com.  I ordered a pair of UGGs for $146.00.  I reported it to the Atty Generals Office and my bank. Hopefully, I will get a refund.

I too bought a pair of Uggs from this site - I received them but they are too small and they didn't send a packing slip so now they are not returning my emails and I am stuck with these boots that don't fit - can anyone help?  Can we go after this company and file a complaint?

i ordered 3 pair of ugg boots by accident only meant to order one but never received them. i am furious.

I ordered some ugg boots from this site on dec 11 and still havent received them and nobody has responded to my email. it still hasnt sank into my head that i got scammed! if anyone has any info please reply

i also ordered boots from this site i actually recvd A PAIR OF BOOTS  made in China not the ones i ordered and smelled like cat urine i am so mad that i got scammed.  i have called my credit card company hopefully i wont get charged.  no response to emails or the number provided.

This website is still up and going.  I ordered 2 pair of True Religion Jeans on 12-11-08.  The money was withdrawn from my account 3 days later but I still have not received my order as of 1-11-09.  I can't believe people are able to steal from trusting customers.  They should be stopped.

I purchased a pair of UGG boots for my daughter's birthday on Dec. 3, 2007 for $150.00 dollars. As of today (Jan 18) I have not heard from "FRESCHPAIROFNIKES.COM) they give you a fake phone # 951-265-9524 which mailbox is always full. You have no address to file a complaint.

I would like to tell everyone about this scam and get them off the internet. Is there a way and whom can we email so that this won't happen to other victims.
