Block the whole  Area coade 951 (This  area code has quite a lot of #@$#@$  calls lately), Since I don't know or have anyone living in this Area code though.

Won't hear any ring again, see ya! ........ :-)

same. Often get 951 #'s this year. Girl's voice mumbled something and when I asked "who" she hung up.

Clicking noise and then shortly after a female voice asked if this was the "so and so" residence. I said, what is this concerning and then she hung up. I'm glad my phone has a block feature :)

This number with CID CASOLIN just called me and they don't leave messages. They just keep calling even if you try to ignore them, I never pick up.

No name on the call, but same situation, click, lady's voice asking for the residence, hang up, and beeping noise.

They called, hit the answering machine and hang up.

Hi folks - yeah I got a call from this number as well.  It read "Casolin" and I was having trouble listening from her as the connection was bad.  Some of you say to block the 951 area code - no, please don't do this.  I live in the 951 area code (Murrieta, CA) and run my computer repair business here.  It's a fairly large area which incorporates Riverside County and the cities Temecula, Murrieta, Riverside, Corona, Palm Springs, etc.  I get quite a few telemarketing calls which are quite irritating, but from various area codes.  Blocking one particular code won't solve the issues.  I really do wish the do not block registry would work.

Another scamming telemarketer trying to steal money from anyone stupid enough to respond to telemarketers.  Report them.

Just got a call from this number, listed as CASOLIN on our caller ID. Woman asked for my husband by first name. When I asked who was calling, she asked me "when would be a better time to reach him?" I asked her again to tell me who she was, and she repeated her initial response. This happened again, then she hung up. Did anyone have success finding out where this originated from? I am supposedly on the no call list. Ha Ha...

Missed/no message. From my call logs, it looks like they called twice in 2 minutes

The Caller ID read "CASOLIN" and a woman was representing a solar company and asked if our monthly bill is over $100.  Cut her off and told her we already have solar panels and we're on the Do Not Call list.

Got a call from this number and they asked it this was the _____ residence.  I said who wants to know and she hung up.  When I called the number back, there was a recording that said they were busy.  Too many calls like this!

Low life telemarketers calling from a spoofed phone number.

I repeatedly get calls from this # for a Mrs. Chung.  I am so tired of these harassing calls...please make them stop.

Dear sirs, when someone calls from that number as they called me from that number but when you answer they hang up, and THEN when you call back it is either disconnected, or it gives a message saying not available right now, it is for the SAME PURPOSE.  To DETERMINE IF you are there at certain times of the day. It COULD be for telemarketing reasons, so that predictive dialers call at THOSE times, OR it could be a form of espionage if one does not take their cell phone with them (tracking by cell phone).  Some are DEFINITELY using this service to determine at which times you leave, in some cases, to track someone or follow them, depending on WHO their target is that receives the call.  I am one that is a potential target for this.  Vast MAJORITY of people, such as you for instance, the purpose is ONLY to ESTIMATE the LIKELIHOOD that you are at that residence READY to answer the phone at around those times.  LATER a telemarketer starts routing through those SAME numbers, and THEN, those numbers are PROBABLY NOT disconnected anymore, so you could call back or at least FEEL like there is a legitimate business behind that number.  THIS is what is going on.

IN SHORT:  If they hang up when you answer and it is disconnected number, that is because it CALL FORWARDS to a disconnected number, and the PURPOSE is to find out what times of the day are best to call you on.   (A small few are watched in a form of espionage by this same method.)  
  IF they speak to you while on the phone, that is because such number has been given to a telemarketer AFTER it was determined WHEN you are LIKELY to be available.

Would you please stop skewing the results with your BS
