Caller id showed Blogging.  Long message saying it was coming from the Murrieta Police Association.

will not be voting for anyone whose campaign office calls and bothers me at home..and it is my pleasure to tell them so.  i don't recall this invasion of privacy in  elections long ago.  I will be getting  rid of  my land line since Verizon and the FCC seem to be unable to stop, not  just at election time, but all these nuisance calls. It is a crime to try and steal others private/financial info...it is their job to protect the consumer-they should be able  to do something about it-why bother to have an agency that can't do their job

...not to mention that it rings 50 times

called with a prerecorded message from Karyn Polito, the Massachusetts Lt Governor candidate.  There was no way to interrupt this message and ask to be removed from further calls.
