Keeps calling my work, name of Curtis Jackson. It is a scam. No person by that name works for the Attorney General of Californiax9w4

he has been contacting me and has my ss# please help call 423 584-6230

Callede 5 xs today saying he was from the state attorney office

Got a voice mail today from Alicia Winston saying she is a paralegal for Curtis Jackson - I called the number back - They both have such a heavy accent that they barely speak english - They say I am going to be arrested within an hour and I better watch out - HA!!!  I told them I will just have the local police call them back to discuss it and they hung up on me!

I am being harrassed at work and they have my ss#.  That really bothers me.  I'm going to post this scam on my facebook page and worn everybody not to be fooled by these clowns!!

keep getting calls at work..stating they are with  attorney general office/ I turned them in to California atty generals office and Federal Trade Commissions.

I have been getting the same calls and the guy told me today that as long as you put your name on google they have every right to get your number and information.....WATCH OUT here is the number951-2810351

how do you report a bad debt collector she claimed to be from the state office?

I seriously doubt it is legitimate.  You can look up your state Attorney General's office online and get their real phone number and ask them.
I think if it was real they would contact you by mail using office government stationary.

OMG this guy is a [***] .............. .................HE called me over 63 times in a row after I told him I'm not sending him any money.. He called me a b**ch and said he was going to put me in jail etc..... So I blocked the number and he used my husband's number to call me .............. ................. There crazy and need to be put in jail!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know where there located but he can not speak English!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not send them any money or call any numbers they give you!!!!!!!

They are aware of it and are working to resolve the problem.......  THIS IS A SCAM!...... Hope this has helped................

Called me and said I defrauded a pay day loan company and I would be arreasted in one hour if I did not put the funds in my bank. They had all my info. Had to reopen a new bank account today. I reported them to the sheriffs office.

Keeps calling asking for employees information. Very rude, calls repeatedly. Says I will go to jail if i don't release information but he will not fax anything to confirm he's from the attorney general's office. Some guy with a thick Indian accent claims his name is Eddie Watson.

THIS IS ONE HELLAVA SCAM!! This guys is out of his friggin mind!! He called my husband and said he pressed charges on him and was going to jail that the cops were on their way and if he wasn't home they would go to his work and arrest him. Said he took money for a pay day loan and never paid it back. He hasn't gotten any payday loans. Left messages saying his name was michael but when my husband called he said there wasn't a michael working there and his name is Curtis. He has a VERY heavy accent and when you ask to speak to someone who speaks good english he won't put anyone else on the phone. We told him we knew it was a scam and reported him to the state police in California. He lied and said he was calling from the sate attorneys office and was located in wine county california. There is no wine county in california and the area code is a riverside county area code. He kept hanging up on my husband and screaming at him.  In one of the voicemails he left my husband he gave him another number and it was a New York area code. He won't even answer my husbands calls now. Someone needs to find and arrest this POS! He needs to get a real job cuz ain't nobody falling for his sh*t!

Oh and he has all of our bank account information and my husbands SS# . That scares me to death!!! We don't know what to do about that!!!
