From "Contreras, A" a spoofed number from an "energy" company; I get calls with 296 prefix multiple times a week trying to sell energy products. Blocked.

No message left on my voice mail.  Was suspicious it was another of those "energy/solar" companies. Have also blocked it.

This telephone number started to call my house for the last few days now, and it seems that calling once a day is not enough. Yesterday I received FIVE telephone calls from this number alone. At one point in the middle of the afternoon, the calls from "A. Contreras" were almost back to back. Telemarketing has turned into the most annoying, personally evasive and aggressive means of offering unwanted services...  *If I am seeking your services I will call you. Do not call me!*

Several calls daily from A. Contreras. 951-296-4546. This is a Temecula number. From all the posts I am assuming it is one of those annoying solar energy calls. Will not answer.

This is a "Boiler-Room" Telemarketer with a phony Caller I.D. I stayed on long enough to here it was an energy company. Told them I have never purchased from a Telemarketer, and hung up. They called back twice within 15 seconds so I let it go to the recorder and they did not leave a msg, and best of all, they quit calling. I have a call blocker I got from Amazon and now their # resides there!!

this number has been blowing up my home phone for days now... nobody but telemarketers call my home phone but this number had 'A. Contreras' on the caller ID... "somebody i actually know perhaps?" crossed my mind... NOPE. just a lowlife cold-caller trying to sell something.

I get a call from 951-296-4546 every day. I tell them to take me off their list, but no. They will sit and argue with me when I tell them my home isn't that old and I don't need any thing done to it. They tell me that the house doesn't need to be older and they can do all kinds of things. Hanging up on them doesn't make them quit calling. They will not put a supervisor on the phone either.

Frustrated in Menifee CA - My wife and I are retired now and seem to be a target for every telemarketer out there, frustrated this is the way we have dealt with the problem.  I posted a sign on my front door that reads; NO SOLICITORS, THIS MEANS YOU SOLAR SALES PEOPLE.  While this might seem mean, we no longer get anyone at the front door wanting to convince me that I need what they are selling. Out telephone is a hard line where we have old technology hooked up. The ansering maching identifies the information available so we are able to screen our calls. This stopped us from receiving messages from unscruplious businesses or harrassing individuals.  The person calling will usually let the call go to voicemail then hang up.  Neighbors see the front door sign or hear our outgoing message and laugh, but when I tell this works they listen!

This company has been calling me as well. They are Clearview Construction. No matter how many times you tell them to take you off the list they still call back. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission.
