I can't figure out why anyone would call a stranger and hang up.  It just says it is coming from Murrieta CA.  I get these once in a while.

Called at 3pm, did not leave a message.  ID-wireless caller

Called my San Diego home phone at 3:51 PST.  Called ID states Murrieta, CA.  I never answer my phone unless I know the caller, as I average 10 telemarketer/spam/whatever calls every day.  They left no message.  

LIKE MOST EVERY COMMENT, NO ONE THERE WHEN PHONE IS PICKED UP, AND NO MESSAGE LEFT WHEN CALL GOES TO ANSWER MACHINE. ANOTHER ONE TO THE " DONT CALL ME"

Same as all, i answered and there was a creepy breath on the background, so I just blocked the number. Through my Provider through my online profile on "manage home phone features"...

Keeps calling, does not leave a message.

I picked up the phone and the woman said she was from the Energy Center and is was a notification call and she wanted information about my electric bill. I asked if it was a telemarketing call and she said, "No it is not. I can call back at another time."

Calls 2-3 times a day, leaves no message, caller ID says Murietta, CA.

Call several times a day and leave no message. Already have a solar home and do not need any information regarding solar electricity or solar hot water. No one ever on the other end. Pure annoyance.

this number, on caller id shows as wireless caller, never leaves a message and today has called 3 times....GO AWAY.

This is happening to us too. It's a test call to determine when people are home so the telemarketer doesn't waste time when nobody is there to answer. Block it if you can. If not just set your answering machine to answer. You'll see that it's a phony caller and you can then ignore it...

this number keeps calling me...what the [***]?  I never answer!!! thinking of leaving phone off hook and never answering...if friend calls, they have to leave a message!! that U think????

If you go to a certain site identified with this phone number it will automatically download and attack your computer you will have 5 seconds to turn your computer off

951-319-3243 has been calling for a month. At least 5 times a day. There is hard breathing some days and hang up others. If their trying to sell something all they did was tick me off.  This is harshment plain and simple their boss should know about it. Why does phone company allow this. \

When I call back all I get are busy singles.

Maybe the person gets a kick out of reading these messages!

this time a message was left..I have no idea what HE was saying..kind of scarry...saved in my voice mail if i need to report to authorities..
