I get a call from what shows up as 951-372-9031, but no message left, and when I call back I get a recording that the number is disconnected and not in service.  How do people have time for this stuff?  Can't people just be normal?

I keep getting phone calls from this number. I answer and no one says anything. Then when I call back, it says that the number has been disconnected. I do not understand why they don't say anything. I feel as though I am being harassed. This has been very upsetting to me, I am not in the best of health and the stress this is causing me is affecting my health. This person needs to be found and stopped. I will do anything to get that to happen.

What I have found this to be is people attempting/trying accessing your voice mail to send all your calls straight to voice mail so they can intercept your messages and you will never know because the call is never ringing your actual phone.

I googled this number and the owner of this number is Dennis Salamanca, 13485 Quail Run Rd., Corona, CA 92880.  Yes, this is ridiculous the way these people are calling citizens who just want to live in peace!  It is, in my opinion, harassment!  What in the h--- do they want???  No one wants to do any business with them!  If everything about them is "UNKNOWN", then they can remain unknown and go the h--- away!!!

I've been getting a call from this number 1 or 2 times each day.  No one there.  I've had to change my phone to just 3 rings due to so many of these scam calls.  Now if I'm near a phone, which I usually am, I just pick it up and hang right back up.  Stops the ring and doesn't go to my answering machine---but it is so disgusting.

Been getting a lot of calls from 951 area lately, sometimes 5 calls a day, and they never leave a message.  As of today, I have changed my outgoing voicemail to a dis-connected recording, hoping that either the auto-dialer will detect the tone and remove me from their list, or that someone will actually pick-up, hear the recording and flag my number as inactive.

Knowing that most of these are likely spoofed numbers, I'm not sure about the usefulness of reporting them, although I may continue to anyway.

Caller ID says : KAISER FOUNDATION , but no message left and I never answered it , as there are too many fake 951 numbers/calls as of late even though I do live in the 951 area code .
So basicly a bs number .

The number was on our caller ID when we returned home. No message.
