These people calls my phone tell me I'm being sued over frad over the internet (what)then this dumb men tells me to shut my mouth and listen so I flipped out who the hell these people can't talk good English telling me to shut my mouth then I don't even know who u r please never give ur Ssn on nobody's internet because these people r scammers be careful

These people called me and told me I was being sued and they had my address, phone, cell number and SS#!!  They started out by "reading" to me some affidavit outlining the charges, speaking of check fraud, money laundering, etc.  The list went on and on.  The names are of common men, ie., Richard Wilson, Mike Anderson, claiming to be attorneys from a lawn firm in California and that if I dont pay them they will have me arrested and taken to court in California; I live in TX!!!!  I filed a police report.  DONT BUY ANY OF THIS [***]!

A man that speaks very little english called and made threats against me.  I called back the number and the line just dropped.  I don't know who these people are, but they need to be sued.  I live in colorado and I filed a police report also.

Called me saying I'm being used over check fraud. They have all my information. Say that I need to call there lawyer Richard wilson or I was going to be arrested. They are located in California I live in Indiana. Will be filing a police report and freezing my accounts with all credit beureus.

I received a three calls from this number today - two at work and one on my personal phone. The caller is "Mike Davis" and threatening some unspecified action if I don't return the call "now". I live in Montana and I am reporting this to the Montana Consumer Protection Agency. I'm blocking my personal and work phones for this number. I'll probably change my number. No company name was given.

I also just got a call from these guys and they said I was being sued for something and they told me I had to get an attorney of my own! Told me that supposedly wasting their time because I thought it was a scam when they told me that it was not! I do not know what this is all about, but I know it's a scam big time and I don't appreciate being scammed like this!!

I recieve a call from 951-468-0381. This guy claiming his name is Steven Brown who speaks very little understandable english until he starts cursing at you and threatening to put me in jail for theft and money laundering??? I ask for the case number and the court the case has been filed in and the Attorney for this firm, I get no where. I ask for proof of this aledged debt. I get cursed out and told to shut my mouth and F***ing listen. I hang up. I want to know what to do to report this person and stop his call to my cell and my place of business. HELP!!

Have called on my personal cellphone using horrible language and threatening that I will go to jail if I don't give them certain personal information.  Also called my place of employment and harrassed me there as well.

This caller claims to be a debt collector but refuses to provide proof of debt or the legal name for his company.

Just received a call on my cell from a guy with very poor English who said I'm being sued and Mike Anderson is representing me and I need to call him to find out why.  I refuse to call a long distance number to talk to a supposed attorney about a case I don't even know about.  It has to be a scam.

Yeah I was called claiming there pacific law firm, Jake rosen, and that I have criminal charges, its all fake and they are scams. When i called the guy couldn't even pull my stuff up, put me on hold and the call dropped. You can report them. I can't remember the name or the number I think if u call bbb, better business bureau they can get it for u.

I keep getting calls from this number & they wouldn't tell me anything except that I was being sued. After 5 mins of the bs I said just ell me already b4 I call my lawyer the guy on the other end started cursing me out & call was dropped. Tried 3 times to call back from 3 different phones. It just rings for a few times & then beeps & goes dead. I wanna know what I can do to stop them & I would like to sue them if I can for having my information.

They called here for my hisband and left threats for him on our answering machine. I called them back when I supposly got a manger that way just as rude. I was told that they were pressing criminal charges againist my husband when I asked what for they danced around the subject. In addition, I asked where the charges were being filed at and they hung up. I think this company is a joke and needs to learn collection law if that even is what it is for.

I just received a call from this number....same BS story about a lawsuit and some lawyer named Mike Anderson. When I call the number back it simply rings, I hear a loud beep, and then line goes dead.

Who the heck are these people?

I have been getting phone calls from this phone# all week and they have been leaving me voice mails too. I thought it was urgent, so I have been calling them back and leaving voice mails like an idiot.



They read me an affidavit, saying that I need to write an apology to my bank and that I needed to pay CASH for the charges... the guys had a really thick accent and was saying how I committed fraud and that I needed to take care of this if not they were going to suspend my license if I didn't make the payment today and that they were going to take me to court. He also said that he was calling from Mike Anderson's firm.

Said that I had three criminal charges based on fraud, and that there was a lawsuit against my name and social security. What was scary was that he read back my social!

I called the police and submitted a harassment call report/charge for the number as they have been calling all week, I suggest that you all do the same. I think if enough people report this call/phone # the more chances the Police will ultimately have to react in a more speedy manner.

from idllewild ca since Its the weekened we are going to call the police there.   And hopefully they will visit this place.
