This number needs to be reported it is a spam message and it is calling business numbers; when you return call it has an vulgar answering machine.  Sounds like a robot is making the call.

I had this number call and asked for me and I told him never to call me again. He called 3 more times one right after the other. He threatened me with legal action and swore at me over the voicemail he left. Spoke terrible english too.

Had someone from this number call my house.  They also threatened me with legal action, for what I don't know.  Started cursing after a while and very demanding.  They called about four times in a row. Couldn't speak english well.  Needs to be reported.

I will call you from India scam you! Try to take all your money, so don't pay me anything this is the number I call from but my coworkers call from the same area code but are doing same thing. We clam to be a law office and lawyers stating that we are going to go to your job and and serve papers to garnish your pay but its all a lie. We are in india  and cant touch you. But suggest you get identity theft put on your name because I have all your info thanks to the payday loan people.

The calls are being made to my State of Texas Office where I am employed.  Ryan Davis is the name he used, very poor english, had to listen to the call three times.  He said my social security number ending in 8522 is going to black historied very soon if i did not return his call.  HOW can we stop this - especially his calling my work number - where does he get his information from?

Omg! I just filed chap 13 and some payday loans were included, and I get calls all the time from crazy #'s..... But I answered this call from this # and they said I have 3 counts of criminal charges against me, I said I am not a criminal and I bought some tequila and now I feel much better !

Calls and keeps asking questions, i asked hime how he has such and american name and he can not speak the language.

I received a call from this number this morning stating that I had three counts of criminal charges against me, including money laundering, grand larceny, and theft. They claimed that they were a law firm, and said that the lawyer's name was David Cooper. I was told that someone would be contacting my job, and that I would be arrested on the spot. This is so disturbing to get a call like this early in the morning.  Does anyone know how to pursue legal action?

this is true i got the same call for today. now i know its really a scam

i just received the call today from this number telling me that i had three counts of criminal charges against me including check fraud.  They did say they were a law firm and if i didnt get them $445.10 by 5 o'clock today my time that i would be arrested.  They had all my info from my bank to my employer.  This was not even funny i was so upset had to leave work.  I would like to find out who these people are because this is not funny can we pursue legal action?

I received the same call today saying I had three counts of criminal charges being filed against me and that someone would be arresting me today. They claimed to be calling from a law firm.Yes, these calls are very disturbing! What can be done? If we could get an address we could start there! I had to leave work today, as well, because I was upset too!!!

i received a call from them early in the am at about 7 am on my cell and then im sitting here at work and recieved a call ....i went HAM......i wouldn't validate my ssn# then he started yawining in my ear while not knowing how to speak english...so you know what im going to do ...im going to blow their phone up from the good ole usa to their damn terrorist country...when i say i am about to blow a gasket...it's about to go off......i will find them .....so when i skip trace them...i will most definitely update you all!!!!!

OMG I was in the same situation just a few minutes ago. I left work and purchased a pre-paid card for $445.31 like they asked me to. The whole thing just seemed weird because they couldn’t provide me with any information as to where I had borrowed this money from or when. The guy had such a strong accent; it was quite stressful trying to understand what he was saying. They hung up on me 3 times because I was asking too many questions. It’s not 12 noon my time. I’m supposed to be arrested by 2 PM from Florida and extradited to California. I told them to go ahead. I guess I’ll sit here and wait for the Sheriff…..

This happened to me to. They called and asked what I was going to do about the case against me. I asked what case. They said they were entering court have the sheriff im my town arrest me. If paid 400.00 they would drop it. I told them I didn't receive a pay day loan and don't have checking account. They have not called back. I called them and asked what company they worked for. They said Law office. Office of Ross and Miller, # is 915 489 0225. So now I am sitting here waiting for the cops to arrest me.

i just got this call bout an hour ago saying that i had 3 serious crinimal charges pending,  told me it was money laundring and two others when i called back i just got a welcome then a hang up, it is frusterating being a college student and having things like this happen to you, im sitting at lunch and hear this, scars the hell out of you, i googled the number and this is what i got, all these situtions, Ross and Miller btw is a clothing store in CA and ya there are several fourm sites like this that everyone is giving the same complaints

Got a message on my home phone number and cell phone number from a "Charlie Gray" which sounded very threatening. "My best luck to you if you wish to ignore this call. Very time sensitive". Googled the number and found out it was a scam.
How do we stop this?

I've had the same call two days in a row but when I informed them that I knew it was a scam the rebutled by saying everybody says that so I called the police department and sorry folks there is nothing we can do. The police did tell me that we could attemp to call California the city is riverside according to a reverse look up I did the number yields no results via 411 so the number is either a cell or a payphone groups like this uses prepaid phones and changes their number often I've recieved the call from the number ending 0224 0223 and 0225 all being from the same "law office"

Oh and these ppl have ALL of our info address bank employer EVERYTHING

these folks called me saturday.i asked wat kind of company this was they told me law firm i said first off law firms dont talk to ppl this way second law firms are not open on saturday dip wad.

I received a call from this # at my office today from a Bob telling me that I needed to contact my attorney immediately and that if I didn't follow through and call them back all they could do was wish me good luck or I might die and my child in daycare.  I know this is a scam but it is highly unnerving and frightening and scary.  I have previously reported the same type of call from another number to the attorney general of my state.  I called them again for advice and was instructed to fill out an appendage to my previous claim.
