Recording . . . won a free cruise . . . just hold on and provide credit card information . . . SCAMMERS!

Receieved same call soon as I saw wasnt in my contacts I declined call,...then came here to see what it was... I have a total of 33 blocked numbers from every scammer/telemarketer/phishers....when will it all stop?

Just received a call from this number saying it was my credit card company and all was fine with my account but they wanted to offer me a lower rate.   Two things;  I paid my debt off and my one and only credit card company do not have my cell number cause I never gave it to them.   SCAM!  Beware.

Did not answer, did not know this area code.

Came up on caller ID as "Road Machinery. The message started mid-sentence talking about credit. I hate these sobs....

Caller ID says "Road Machinery" number 951-490-4376. Claimed to be "from your credit card company" telling me I need to call to lower my credit rate. Clearly a scam.

Received a call from  (951)490-4376, listed as Perris, CA.  No message was left. I did just about break my neck running upstairs to grab the phone, but didn't get to it in time.

951-490-4376 ID = Road Machinery  No message left. Glad nothing wrong with my road machinery.

Rang mobile. Left no message.

Called during biology class. Didn't answer.

Rang my cell. Didn't answer. Going to blocked calls...

I missed the call and when I tried to call back the phone just rings no answer. Hate these calls

SCAM--yes.  Pfishing.  They don't say WHICH credit card company they "represent" just that they are from "credit card services" (this is cleverly non specific.)  If you stay on the line, they continue to ask a benign seeming series of questions regarding how much you owe on which brands of credit cards and saying this is to help you lower your interest rates. Of course if they were legitimate, they'd already KNOW which cards you had & how much you owe. In they middle of all this, they casually ask for your SOCIAL SECURITY  number--they just sneak it in with a number of other questions like they're asking for a zip code.  Caller ID showing on my landline says "Road Machinery."

Had a message waiting on voice mail, but no message was actually left.

Never. I don't even bother reporting them any more. Waste of time.
