Received a call from a Patrick Walsh looking for Grant Carrol. I told him it was the wrong number and he claimed that he would delete it from his records. Receive another call the following day from a Patrick Walsh now with my name claiming that he is collecting debt on behalf of my bank for an outstanding claim. When asked about account numbers and more information, I was told to contact my bank. My bank had never heard of this person or his company, IEI.

Today we Received a call from a person named Charles, very aggressive and very annoying, also it seems to be that he does not know the law in California, he misrepresented himself and cross the line by not mention the mini Miranda rights at the beginning of his conversation, we told him there was no one with the name he was looking for at this number, he went in a rant, more aggressive and continuing making assumptions, we requested him to remove our name or number from his list, and instead he continued more aggressive, we hung up and hope some one else reports this violation of our rights as well.

Please remove - I don't pick up unknown number.

Very hard to understand caller. Will not call back people I don't know!!!!
