This is a real company that sends documents and takes legal steps. I didn't believe them and faced, but thanks to their senior officers they helped me out to resolve the issue...I resolved it out of court and I resolved it. They are Department of Financial Crimes.

I called this number to get the "so-called" business name in reference to one of their clients. The foreign speaking man would not give me the info. He kept asking me, "Who are you wanting to talk to?". When I told him I just needed to get the name of the business he stated that he could not give out this info and then proceeded to hang up on me. You "so-called" loan collectors and you can't even give me the name of your business? Wanna top that off? Can't make regular payment through the mail because they don't have an actual mailing address!!! BULL!!! It's a SCAM!!!!

Steve's reply sounds definitely like the broken english the guy used when he called me as Officer Michael calling about suits filed against my social security number.  Wha??????

This is not true scam alert never send money!!!

Just received call at work and on cell from Michael Jo regarding 5 charges against me from a loan from Cash Advance.  An on line pay day advance company.  He had my social and a new checking account less than 2 weeks old telling me they were coming to my work to arrest me if I didnt settle it now.  Plus the charges were supposedly 6 months old and they used a new cell number as well.  When I questioned where the information was from he quickly got off the phone.  SCAMMERS!!!!!

Ya this Officer Michael Jo called me on my cell and home phone saying a complaint was filed against my social and he said the last 4 numbers of it. he said you need to call back asap otherwise you're gonna be in trouble and repeated his number and then on my cell on the message i swore he said at the end if you don't call back then f*** you. Wow what a bunch of lowlife indian scammers!!

This officer Michael Jo called my job and left a message for me concerning a crime I committed and I was in legal mess! He also left threatening messages on my cell phone about me being arrested at work or home in about a month for not paying off a cash advance. He also stated about forwarding my case to the local courthouse where I reside. In the united states you can't go to prison for not paying a debt. I was told that by a judge and so this is a SCAM! SCAM!

Sorry to tell you this a SCAM! SCAM! and I went to my local police station to file a complaint and will be contacting the other sources to file more complaints on this bogus company!
