called my moms house 17 times talking about unpaid loans from 2010, and I was unemployed(how can you get payday loan with no job duh__). When told I would sue him he hung up several times on me..

Im sorry for that he did the same thing to me. He even harrased my mom I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Got a call on this same number talking bout some law office as well same female with heavy Indian accent, this is just a scam, once I told them that I was calling to report them for been a scam they hung up on me. been calling my work phone as well, bosses are getting upset for the calls.

i received daily calls from this number with a indian accent saying that owe money he left a message and at the end he said good luck if i dont return his calls...i should take that to the police precint...

Indian man with a thick indian accent saying he is calling about a legal matter from a law office of "John Schaffer" and I need to call (951)582-4841 to talk to his senior advisor and he is just the paralegal handleing the case against me. When I return the calls its a voice mailbox thats says "welcome and this mailbox is full" thats it , no other information. This person began argueing with me after I told him I work in a medical facility and i could potentially hurt someone by being on the phone and neglecting their care at that moment, he stated he did not care and this was a serious debt, so i hung up and he called right back to start the same conversation again.

Sounds like the same preditor that left me a message stating good luck if i dont pay him. How do you report this guy and to who?

SO I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT THIS WAY ABOUT THEY SAID A LOAN THAT WASNT PAID IN 2010,I ASKED WHEN AND WHERE DID I GET THIS LOAN. WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK HE KEEPS HANGING UP THE PHONE OR LETTING IT GO TO VOICEMAIL.I DONT APPERICATE THIS COMPANY CALLING MY HOUSE THREATENING ME.

I received a call from this lo wlife [***]. Same indian accent woman. Law office my ass. I explained to her that I work in the judicial system  immediately she hung up and stopped calling. They are just trying to get money from people. they need hcarges pressed against them immediately.

I Got a call from this phone 951-582-4841 saying I will be pick up by the police for not paying a loan back. Which I contacted the companys of the loans and they it is not of their doing. The number was tranfer to 951-489-0223 this person say the police will come to my work and take me away.  This needs to stop

I just called the number back and I talked to a Kevin Johnson, he said he was a lawyer and he said I took out a loan from 2009-2010 and I have a complaint that I did not pay it back.  I did not take out a loan in 2009 or 2010.  He said since the authorities would show up to my work and question me about this issue and then he hung up.

I got the same name Kevin Johnson suppose to be an attorney who works for the law office of Jennifer Schwartz. the first call was a Ricky Davis saying I needed to get in contact with them over a payday loan that was not paid. Oh I called! 3 times and spoke all 3 times telling them they were a scam and I was reporting them and I did. I heard some very flowery language from all of them. They even called my work place! I did have them blocked from my cell phone, the company will do that for you, as well as you can block the number from your house phone. The problem is when I spoke with authorities they said they can have multiple numbers.... I gave it back to them for a while and may do it again to today if they will answer, I just kept calling them back over and over for about 15 minutes.... some people are sick and are in need of serious help!

I am getting calls as well telling me good luck in the messages. When I call back, it says 'welcome' then hangs up on me. They call me upwards of 5-10 times a day and when I pick up no one is there. The one time I did pick up, I could be wrong, but the guy was trying to sell me a product such as a trial magazine subscription, and now it is a law firm? Makes no sense at all. They also have heavy Indian accents for me as well with very American names. I also have never taken out any loans in my entire life. They need to stop and get a life.

I just received a call today from Kevin Johnson at 951-582-4841 telling me I have an open payday loan that I never paid back. I proceeded to give  him my attorneys name and # and he didn't want it. These people are pathetic!!! I can't believe they actually find people that fall for this and pay them. Glad everyone on here caught on to their scam!

I have received numerous calls from these IDIOTS who cannot speak English correctly! The number reads 951-582-4841...numerous other numbers as well. Threatening that I owe money on a pay day loan. Funny thing is I have nopast due debt owed on any pay day loans! I have blocked the number on my cell phone and reported them to the BBB as a scam! ALSO contacted my pay day loan company toi verify that they were not the ones trying to collect any money from me through a 3rd party. I was told to contact the Federal Dept. and report them as there is an ONGOING open case against all scam artists who to to expolit money from innocent people! BE WARY OF THESE CALLS...DO NOT BUY INTO THE SCAM...DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!

I received a call from 951-489-0223 saying he was Kevin Johnson , same story, then 951-582-4841 and 951-582-4837 this was James Parker said I owed money and was going to Jail, they wanted a walmart money card then for me to fax the information with the security code and expriation date . They said I got a loan in 2009 I was in the hospital at the time and did not have a bank account. he threathend me and i filed a police report. they called my number at least 50 times in 2 hours, now the number is 347-349-7335 same accent and scenerio. I told them to research who they called I had a law degree too and they did not know the law to go back to school and let me know when they could speak english.

Got a call today from a man with a foreign accent. Asking me or my lawyers to call them back. Just the one call so far. Hopefully they wont call anymore.
