Called and left no message

Same....I get a call from this number almost everyday and they never leave a message.  When I attempt to call it back, I get the "number has been disconnect" message.  

Caller is California Green Energy Center located in Van Nuys, CA. Real phone number is 855-269-4661. Website is http://californiagreenenergycenter.com/

The agent, "Jimmy" was pretty ignorant, but said that they were a referral service and didn't have to abide by the "do not call" rules because they weren't actually selling. "Daniel" was his alleged supervisor (more likely the clown in the next cubicle) and he was belligerent that not only do they not have to follow the do not call guidelines, but that they do not maintain their own do not call list and that the law is invalid, "because he saw it on KTLA5 last night". Needless to say, none of that is true.

Best course of action - string them along for as long as possible without actually giving them any information. This will make the agent miss his numbers for the day. Get as much information out of them as possible and then report the call at:

No response, no one there when I answer the phone. I call the number back & it's a disconnected number

This is the best and most helpful response I have ever seen on any phone harassment website reports. Thanks for doing so much homework! On average over the last year, I've been getting 10 of these phone calls a day. Today, I got this 951-656-2798 caller. No message. Day after Christmas.

People suggest adding services to block these calls. However, if you do it through your phone provider and you are on a plan, be careful, or the required terms of your plan might be extended another two years.
