keep calling saying i took out a loan but no such has happened

Have had a similiar umber on my caller ID for 2 days in a row, no messages.  I am on the national do not call registry. I called the number back to ask to be removed. They said I had been listed as a reference in a legal matter regarding a family member. I declined to give out any information.  Instead I contacted this family member and they stated no current legal matters were going on, nor did they ever list me as a reference with this PR & Associates company in Temecula, CA.  I called back to be removed... the person I spoke to "David Allan" at (951) 719-8594 told me it was unfortunate that I was not able to help him and that a civil lawsuit was now going to be filed regarding this family member.  I asked them to remove my number from their list and David Allan told me"ok" and "good luck" and hung up.  Weird.  I hate these invasions of privacy.

I have had several messages from PR Associates which I normally don't pay attention to and just delete but today I answered the phone and the number showing was (951) 719-8560, and it was from Ken Bowers at PR Associates asking for a relative regarding a claim filed againt them.  Told them that they don't live here and I couldn't help them.  I also asked him not to call here again and that I was on the Do Not Call List an he stated it didn't matter because it didn't pertain to him and so I hung up.  He called back and left the a message stating it was imperataive that so and so call and reference this claim # because he would have to make a decision about the claim whether he hears from so and so and wishes him good luck.  The number he left to call back was (951) 719-8594.  These calls are so irritating and obvious being on the Do Not Call List doesn't mean anything, just gives someone a list of phone numbers of people who don't like to be bothered.  Also posted to (951) 719-8560.

Yes, it is the Ken Bowers trick. Called a few months ago asking for someone else, who knew nothing about this.  Now recently they have another company calling, again the same trick.

I've been sued by debt collection companies 4 times. I have 4 judgements being deducted from payroll I live in ohio and with my wages it's 25% coming out total.... I called them back, I paid... i got a settlement letter and a 0 balance letter after my payment was done. I spoke to ken bowers he said google the 3 credit beauros and send them each a copy, which i did. I dont know what all the scam talk is about....

You need to get your story straight before you come here trying to shill for this company.  First you say that you have 4 judgements against you that are causing 25% of your wages to be garnished (present tense).  Then you say you paid and got a settlement letter, which indicates your payments are done (hence past tense).  So which is it???

my wages are getting garnished for different stuff i didnt take care of.  NOT kay jewlers which is what i paid for to pr associates.... not sure what your unable to understand. sorry if my grammer isnt the best your a grammer troll your going in circles and your probably crazy because i just dont see how i was clear anyway I have something better to like going to work....
