Got a call from Pakistani scammers pretending to be "Attorney Generals Office"  Yeah right old scam new attempt  "we are going to come arrest you if you don't pay a fine for fraudulent activities.... Yeah right buddy, go roll around in pigs blood you scum sucking [***]!!!
No legit law enforcement agency would call you on the phone...DUH!!!
These [***] answer the phone with an attempt at an American name "Robert Thompson" yeah and I'm Hussien Al Ka-boom too

I received a call today from this number claiming they were from the Attorney Generals Office of California, they gave me a bogus name and they sounded like they were from the middle east. They claimed I falsified my income on a loan application. They were going to place a warrant out on my arrest and they would have someone waiting at my home to arrest me. No one's arrested me yet.

THese guys threatened my wife that she was going to jail in el paso on federal charges almost sent her to the hospital .Let me find out who you are losers

I got a call from this number today mine was a recording stating that is was the Attorney Generals Office of California and there was a claim filed against my social security number. I called the number back and there was no answer and no way to leave a message. I had a feeling something wasn't right so I googled the number.  

Indian  or Pakistani hard core scammer/extortionists.  As such they are outside anyone's reach.  Call blocker might help.

Filled out a payday loan and now I can't get this a hole to stop calling me 20 times a day. Saying he's the attorney general. The clown is a taliban.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Advance fee loans are illegal period and in some states, so are the payday loans.   Please be aware the scammers may also claim down the road that you have taken a loan and try to extort money from you that way as well!

Called to tell me someone filed a claim against me and my social security number and call them back right away to avoid jail time and settle the matter

These people called me while at work 7 times stating that a claim was filed for fraud and three other criminal bank fraud charges said that if I didn't pay 2298.00 for my fines that the cops were going to come and arrest me they wanted a payment plan wanted 500$ today.
I had no idea this was a scam till my daughter goggled it so I places a police report and told my bank about them..

(916) 469-8730 - I got a call from this number claiming I committed fraud and to pay $3298 now. Stated cops were on their way to arrest me at my work.
