Got a call from this number about some credit card debt. Definitely something wrong here - i have one credit card that i have never been late on.

I was a little worried when I got a call from this company because I immediately looked up the # & saw this but come to find out they had a debt for me that I had forgot about years ago. They were actually very professional in allowing me to setup payments because I obviously wasnt expecting the call & didnt have the money lying around. I recommend you check your credit report if you are not familiar with a debt they are calling about because im sure things would have gotten alot worse had I not responded. If you get a call & the person is anything but nice ask for Mr. Harris because he is the one that helped me after I asked for a manager & I believe he is the actually the operations manager.

Jody must work for this company because they are not nice, and they are blood sucker's. After 7 years any debt must be considered dead, and the collection agency has to write it off with the Federal Government, This number violated the laws under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, in calling even my sister at work and they did not know it was her, and was asking for her father in law, whom I have no contact with what so ever. How they got his name and associated it with me is beyond anything I can understand. They must either really be desperate to not write it off, threatening my sister, or ignorant for breaking the FEDERAL laws and Practices.........

This company is not professional and Jody if you are that ignorant I feel so sorry for you.

Yolu are right about that one.  There is a status ot limitations on debt, kind of like that on most anything (except for student loans, child support and taxes).  See

I just saw a withdraw on my account for $ 75.00 and it said Debt Merchant. I have no clue as to how they got my ID and card number, nor what I was suppose to purchase? I want to know what this # belongs to!

(Correction..) I forgot I had made arrangements regarding my husbands account. I went to the bank who called them on 3way & got everything sorted out... Luckily someone was able to pickup & remind me what this was about because I was going to have the bank charge it back
